This restaurant was amazing when Roger and his wife Mui owned it. Since the new owners came in the food has remained much the same with the exception of the orange chicken; Flavorless. The biggest issue with this restaurant now is the service. I took my daughters out to dinner and they insisted on Royal Dragon, primarily for the cream cheese crab puffs. We ate dinner and ordered crab puffs to go. Once the bill came, a woman took my card and brought the receipt back. The bill was $74.00 and change. I wrote a ten dollar tip (for a buffet style restaurant) and a man took the slip from the table and said “thank you”. A few minutes later the same woman came back to the table and slapped the receipt down saying, “you only tipped $10.00 dollars”. I was shocked. I told her that was correct and asked if I had done something wrong. She stared at me for what felt like a solid minute and then slid the plastic tray across the table saying, “I’m leaving this for cash tip”. This is a buffet, service is minimal at best. We sat with empty drink glasses for the majority of our meal. Yet I still believe that a ten dollar tip was more than sufficient. I did not add an additional cash tip. When we left, the woman stared at me as we walked out and in another language made what felt like very hostile comments. I have never been treated this way and feel that the behavior was absolutely unacceptable. I will not be returning and I caution those...

Read moreI have eaten here starting 8 years ago, didn't care too much fir it then for other personal reasons. It's only gotten worse the next few times over these last years. This will be the last time! The moment I opened my car door I got a big wiff of old rotten fish, possibly from the dumpster? No, I walked in and smelled the same thing walking through in numerous areas of the restaurant while being seated. Not much of a selection, the food sits there for who knows how long, and tasted flavorless. The chicken was tough to eat, the pork was a definite NO and anything fishy was out of the question since the smell had already turned my stomach. The service felt like they were constantly watching over you, refilling your cup every 5 seconds was really unpleasantly rude. For only the 3 of us was over $50... sad to say but I could've really treated ourselves with anything way better than this for the money. I will never return to eat here as I may puke after typing this review....
I do not recommend this place even to my worst enemy. Eat here with caution if you must, but there are plenty of way better places out there to eat, save your appetite...
