I love this place not trying to say it's not a great place but recently I had a situation and had asked for my money back I paid in cash had my receipt it was the very next morning and I saw told no and then referred to owner today spoke with her and it is the policy no cash back but I had a unusual circumstance and was again told no I spend hundreds, hundreds of dollars here throughout the year my grandkids love coming there but with this recent treatment I will no longer shop here ever again I have a credit for 36 dollars and I will sell to someone first before I ever return to spend a dime. I know rules are rules but sometimes its worth keeping a good local consistent client than loosing that person cause believe me when I say people dont want to be treated this way. good luck here but you've lost a good local consistent customer that spent alot of money with you. Pampered Earth is a great store! The store carries lots of gently used clothes for children of every age at reasonable prices AND eco-friendly new products. They also buy used women's clothes and shoes. I wish there more breastfeeding tops, but I'm assuming that's more a lack of people reselling those.

The owner is extremely nice and willing to help everyone. I went to buy a baby carrier, baby in tow, and she helped me try some on and figure out which one I liked. Every time I've gone in, in fact, she's answered every question I've had without once rolling her eyes, and I've had some interesting ones.
