Grayling Mini-Mall — Local services in Grayling

My biggest complaint is the customer service manager harrassing everyone and ESPECIALLY myself. We've contacted the store MULTIPLE times and they still haven't done anything. He's overly rude and super snotty. I am ALWAYS polite and friendly. He has never smiled at me. Only smirked at me and look me up and down like I was trash. I have stopped giving the store my money and the pharmacy staff are the only really nice ones of the bunch. I expected more from a family fare. Other than that complaint the store IS a nice place to visit and they have a super wide variety of things. Almost every cashier is polite and smiling and absolutely happy to assist you when you need something. Their pharmacy staff goes ABOVE and beyond all expectations and they deserve much more credit than they are getting. Ashley is one of the BEST cashiers in the store. She's ALWAYS super helpful and happy. I absolutely love my time in the store...

I've always thought this space had so much potential, but it serves its purpose(s) well enough for a small town plaza. I've never waited over 10 minutes at the Family Fare pharmacy, or S.O.S., but the whole building is a bit run down and could use some updating. The Starbucks is ridiculously overpriced compared to regular franchise stores, and takes longer (even tho it's a starbucks express .... Make it make sense!!!) Workers are pleasant enough, but the reasons I can only give two stars are the grocery store (Family Fare) prices and parking lot - but the super tall, ultra pleasant pharmacy tech gains a star for team grayling strip mall!! Definitely needs some...
