Taco Bell — Restaurant in Grayling

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever stopped at, also the only Taco Bell I’ve encountered to close down while there’s one last car in the line and at 11:59 to top it off when the place doesn’t close until 12. I literally watched the 2 people ahead of me order and get there food I however was turned away and was told they were closed when she knew exactly what she was doing, the girl works night but is to dang lazy to take orders at 11:59 bc she’s so exited to get out and go home. I found it extremely lazy and unprofessional, I even asked for her name so I can report it to the boss and she told me she didn’t have to give me her name, well how do I make a complaint than, pretty sure the girl doesn’t even know there own policy and what her job expectations really are yet she’s probably in there crying for a raise at the end of the day, no thanks. Blond hair, black glasses and tattoos up her right forearm, shouldn’t be hard to spot her lazy self out. She’s better fired than she ever was hired and that’s the truth, tells me you guys can’t get food business in there. And McDonald’s is no better, they closed at 11:50 last night, 10 minutes early, I love how ever since Covid these establishments do whatever they want and could care less about customers. Terrible experience with this place this summer... multiple times. I would eat somewhere else next time! First time (06/01/2021 @ 9:30), I had a class of students that I brought to this tacobell after a long day of work. We had a large order because we were feeding about 12 people. As we put in the order, the worker were excessively rude. They even threatened to walk out because they didn't want to make such a big order... literally! Second time (06/14/2021 @ 9:30) I drive through, literally after a 100 mile bike ride from Mackinac... super hungry. We pull up to the speaker and no one answers, so we pull up to the window. The worker comes to the window and waves us away without opening the window, then walks away. After honking the horn, he finally returns, opens the window and explains, "We are closed." He gave no reason why. I asked what their hours usually are, because it would be nice to plan for the future. He told me "Sometimes we just close early, thank you for thinking of us." Then he closed the window and walked away.

Seems like these employees don't care about anything but their paychecks. They're obviously not interested in what this company actually stands for. So sad, because it doesn't take long to ruin a good reputation, and it can take a really long time to...

I go there a decent amount but when I went there tonight, they gave me soggy nacho fries taste like they’ve been sitting there for hours. I went through the driveway and they told me to pull up so I can get new ones. They took my old ones through the window, even though I left the property which I should be concerned about the food safety and I proceed eating my other food I got two spicy potato, soft tacos add rice, NO CHIPOTLE sauce and they had chipotle sauce on them when the manager Zac came out to give me my new fries, I told him how their chipotle sauce on my potato soft tacos, and I would like new ones and he proceeds to argue with me telling me he’s not making me new ones because I said jalapeño sauce instead of chipotle sauce, but they understood me because they put no chipotle sauce on the screen so after that I had to go inside and talk to the general manager Christina and she basically said that I wasn’t right even though I showed her the receipt and I was correct and again they grabbed my food that they messed up on, even though I left the property with that food again another food Safety hazard then they finally made me the correct ones that my receipt said because they were in the wrong.
