Starbucks — Restaurant in Grayling

I don’t appreciate the barista constantly getting peoples orders that are behind us in line (regulars). She starts their orders while we are ordering then we have to wait for our drinks! We frequent this location weekly sometimes 2 or 3 times a week. This happens almost every time we are there! It’s rude in my opinion. Makes us feel like we aren’t as important as the others! Be professional people, treat everyone with equality! I’ve been to many other Starbucks locations and this never happens at other locations! They coffee is good but rudeness is not appreciated...

The baristas are always friendly and seem to know the menu well. I've never had a problem ordering any coffee drink. They are happy to accommodate any special request. It's too bad that they weren't able to use a portion of the store that could afford them a drive-thru. If the store is busy, parking can seem a long distance for a cup of coffee but there is no other chain coffee shop in the immediate area. Walked in at 645 girl told me she was closed. I said I thought you closed at 7 , she said yeah we do she then proceeds to say but they are out of everything before I even said what I wanted I find it hard to be out of absolutely everything in Starbucks, then she proceeds to say her manager told her to close early so I called and the manager over Starbucks is not even there. The girl was very very rude and again if she was suppose to close early I think it would’ve been earlier than 15 min...
