I placed an online order to BC Pizza in Grayling the weekend of August 22. I've had BC Pizza in Gaylord before, but this was the first time I tried the one in Grayling. It did not disappoint! I had the garden salad minus the cheese, and the breadsticks. I got the regular-sized garden salad, and it was packed so full, I had to transfer it onto a plate when I got back to the lodge I was staying at. So it was plenty substantial enough. I like that it included broccoli, which you don't typically see on a salad at a restaurant. I wanted to add artichokes and olives to my salad, and there was no way to do that online, but they let me order cups of each when I picked up my order. I think it would be great if there were options for adding other items to salads on the online order form. The breadsticks are spectacular, and you get a lot of them for the price. I love that BC has a vegan cheese option, but I wish it were an option to add to items other than pizza(like on salads or pasta) when ordering online. I will say the $8 upcharge to add dairy free cheese to a pizza is insane, and much higher than anywhere else I've ever ordered, even twice as much as my local pizza shop who uses the most expensive dairy free cheese brand. That kept me from ordering a pizza at BC, and that is my reason for the 4 stars, not 5. The staff were wonderful and helpful when I picked up my order. I will eat here again!

Called to place an order from in Grayling to this location 7 miles away. It's a 10 minute drive but it's outside of their delivery area, fine but you should put that in your website because most homes in grayling are gonna be outside that downtown radius to McIntyre's landing. So fine I changed it to a pickup order and asked for the sunrise patrol (first item on the pizza menu online see the picture). The cashier on the phone kept saying I don't know what that is. Asked the manager on duty who had never heard of it either. Why is it listed front and center on your ads, first on the menu if you don't serve it. Furthermore why are you that unfamiliar with your own menu. I understand this is a chain and maybe each location has its own unique menu but nowhere is that stated online and it's very frustrating that I'm gonna have to call several BC pizzas just to see which one actually had the items shown on the menu. Very unsatisfied and will not be ordering from this location now or in the future.

I want to start this review off by saying I have NEVER had an issue with BC's until today, because usually their food is amazing, service is great, ect. Today wasn't the best. I called to do a takeout order. 1st issue was the woman who answered sounded annoyed, which ok brushed that off, but as I made a simple order of 10pc breadsticks with marina & garlic butter & a carnivore pizza well done...She kept repeated a couple things back to me that were wrong such as ranch. I don't know if she was tired, stoned, or what but ok whatever got it right towards the end so I brushed that off as well. When I arrived & was walking up, right before the pavement entry way was nothing but ice & I almost fell from slipping. I got in & went to pick up my order & I should of checked it before leaving (But I didn't wanna seem rude), because well done does not mean on the brink of being burnt and the toppings such as the ham being hard to even chew, just didn't want the crust soggy so maybe a couple extra minutes more than normal because however long it was in there was too long. So the pizza was definitely a disappointment unfortunately. The breadsticks on the other hand as usual were perfect & delicious.

TLDR- *Woman on phones tired attitude & repeating things back wrong *Almost slipped on ice walking up(right where pavement ends or starts) *Usually amazing pizza this time beyond sucked unfortunately *Breadsticks...

We ordinarily LOVE BC Pizza, but this particular place was horrible. We ordered a gluten free pizza for three of our children explaining their allergies. The delivery was to happen 30-45 minutes after ordering, instead it took almost an hour and a half. We tipped the delivery person without looking at the pizzas since we had the correct number of boxes. Upon opening the boxes we discovered the GF was actually a regular pizza. When we called to complain and request a new pizza, management insisted we were to come pick up it up or pay for delivery. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! The regular pizza and bread sticks were delicious, but this mistake should have been covered by the establishment.

Update: They ended up delivering a gluten free pizza at no charge along with a free box of bread sticks. When I expressed concern that they may have done "something" to the pizza because of my complaint; Ashley, the delivery driver, explained she had made it herself and it was safe to eat. Ashley was kind, apologetic, gracious, and genuinely sorry. She explained what I should look for on the outside of the box to verify it's made gluten free. I don't believe we'll ever stay or eat in Grayling again, but in the end...
