While the prices are good and most certainly help my family the meat is horrendous. I went to buy some steaks with my father for our dinner and a lot of the meat was brown and green. I can understand the browning meat due to oxidization, it happens, but having green tinged and oyster green fat? Either it’s rotten or it’s been exposed to too much air and it needs to be chucked out regardless. It seems to be a serious health hazard to sell meat in such states, but it only really seems to affect the beef selection. I’ve yet to see chicken or pork with these issues, but if you /have/ to buy your meat from here for one reason or another, definitely, definitely, definitely check and recheck the meat color and quality.
