Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Grayling

This is extremely abbreviated review as my 1st one I reached the character limit & it wouldn't let me type anymore! Sunday night(last night) I bring my daughters their mom (my ex) & her new man all down to treat the family to Pizza Hut! I am a former Lead cook from the Gaylord store so I have more than just a casual knowledge of how to make Pizza Hut pizzas... we came because I like the barbecue pizzas & everyone else has their own favorites! We order breadstick from the pick2 for 5$ so we got 20... also ordered 2 cinnabuns for5$ (which we only got 1 of) anyway who cares it gets worse & I have limited characters so moving on... We ordered 5 LG specialty pan pizzas with a few substitutions on 3 of them & 1 extra item on 2 of them... nothing really extravagant and any pizza cook trained at Pizza Hut shouldn't have much trouble. The store was empty except for us & the employees...1st pizza: Barbecue chicken with mushrooms pepperoni green pepper ham, pizza comes has on pineapple but red onion. Chris hayes onion asks for remake... pizza remade but "extra" sauce can't even be tasted! (Not using proper ladles my guess) Pizza 2: cheese lovers(again wrong ladle) 13yr old autistic daughter happy with cheese but we aren't! Pizza3: pepperoni lovers for 19year old daughter who loves pepperoni! I know how to make a pepperoni lovers & this thing was pathetic! We're paying for lots of pepperoni not normal pepperoni (& yet again wrong sauce ladle) you chintzied us on sauce for all of the 1st 3 pizzas & SOMEBODY needs retraining on pepperoni lovers assembly! Pizzas 4&5 are identical: Hawaiian pizzas with only pepperoni, Italian sausage onion green pepper & pineapple...they finally come out while everybody else is getting closed to finished! I take a small piece cut 1 bite & it's wrong... this pizza had bacon & NO pineapple. I like bacon but not what I ordered & 2 pizzas same. Walked to counter got waitress attention & told her the problem, she specifically said yes I remember you ordering pineapple. She asks if I want them remade, I said yes & reminded her again about wanting extra sauce! They remake it meanwhile everyone else is done already even having to remake 3 pizzas it should not have taken so long to make 8 pizzas! At least the last 2 had a decent amount of sauce! Reminded me of my old assistant manager skimping on toppings for his paperwork! Waitress had to be summoned for drink refills & gave my ex a dirty look when she made her complaint. Then food is done everybody has eaten so my ex looks at the bill & says it's wrong, so she goes up to talk to waitress about it... they get back out the menu & use the calculator there to straighten it out after both of the 1st 2 Bill's were wrong! Anyways, I know how to make the pizza at Pizza Hut & my ex has 15 years of waitressing experience & this was by far the worst experience ever at a Pizza Hut! Apparently no one can build the pizzas properly & quickly even when you are the only table! & the waitstaff has no idea how to treat or take care of the customers! And the don't know math either! $100 dollar dinner should have been enjoyable! You guys need better help & training in my opinion......

Could not be more dispointed with this pizza hut. After spending 2 hours in h&r block doing my taxes smelling the pizzahut next door. We decided to go to pizza hut. First off our waiter was just awful. You could tell he was a tool bag. One of them people who think they are better than anyone. We were unsure what we wanted so we ordered one app to start. This guy came back 3 times before the app came out to ask us for our order. When we decided to get two 8 wings and a large stuff crust pep pizza. First thing out of this guy's mouth was, "Took 10 minutes to come up with that order". Instant no tip right there. Wings came out with the pizza about 30 minutes later. Same time the large group that came in 20 minutes after the order got their pizza. I got burning hot bone in. Didnt know they got rid of the breaded bone in wings to replace them with the regular skin wings. Wife got the honey bbq. Wife was the first to try the pizza. This pizza looked like it sat for 30 minutes. Peps were dried out. Pizza was flat. She hated it. Said it made hit wanna throw up. I went to pick up a peice. Instantly the pizza drooped and all the grease rolled off onto the pizza tray. I turned it around and you could literally see through the pizza. Called manager never ate a single slice never going back...

My husband and I were heading home with our two dogs. I love Pizza Hut so I asked if we could go there for dinner. We did not realize that they were only open for take out because of staffing issues until someone come to the counter to inform us. We asked if we could please eat our pizza inside because our dogs will make it difficult to eat in our truck. I explained that I would completely clean up afterwards and they would not need to wait on us. They were so accommodating, friendly and went way above and beyond for us! I truly hope that Pizza Hut knows what kind of employees they have working in Grayling! They are hopefully being taken care of well because they might not have enough employees working there but what they do have there is a stellar crew!!! Especially Mike!!! He deserves to own a Pizza Hut because he knows customer service better than most!!! Thank you so much!!! You made our night after a long drive this...
