Mi Mobile — Local services in Grayling

Been here multiple times to fix an iPhone. The fourth time replacing the same screen (accident prone and apparently faulty replacement parts) I arrived an hour before they closed to be told they wouldn’t have time and it needed to wait until the following day, even though it’s a 45minute drive one way for me, just so the technician could leave 30 minutes before closing time (he was parked right next to me and pulled out when I was getting into my vehicle) Will ensure my phone is backed up this time and will either purchase new or drive over 3 hours somewhere else so I never have to come back to this establishment. Horrible experience for someone who spends so much money in the same store for the same quick fix. Too bad too because I needed to get new phones and internet and was considering purchasing here. I came in with my boss who was looking for a new phone and I had an iPhone with a cracked screen. Scott was really friendly, and helped us both right away. He gave me a fair quote for the repair work & he said it would take about an hour. My boss bought a phone that needed a quick update, so we left to grab lunch while the phone updated and when we came back in 15 minutes Scott already had my phone completely fixed! I am really impressed with the service that we received. We even had to call with a few questions on the new phone and Scott was so kind and helpful. I have had a great experience at Mi Mobile. I was with Verizon for years ( since the Altell day) . They fixed a screen on one of my phones quickly. The price was extremely reasonable. They didn't attempt to 'sell me' on their service. I went there multiple times after this to fix my phone. Same great experience. I recently left Verizon for one of their phone services. I'm saving $100 month. Have almost double the data. I have noticed zero difference in phone reception. Wish I would have made the switch years ago. Not to mention great customer service.
