Absolutely horrible, embarrassing customer service. They will trick you into final sale items and tell you after you’ve paid you cannot return them versus having some consideration and stating this before. Rather they will assume you read their size 12 font paper on their cluttered counter. I kindly asked for in store credit since it had been less than 24 hours and the woman was extremely rude, nasty and unfriendly in her response. After I confronted her about the way and when she told my husband the items were final sale she had no comeback other than pointing and tapping the tiny sign. I will never be back, and I will never recommend the store - matter of fact I will recommend they go anywhere but this store. How sad. And this isn’t the first time I have been treated this way...
