Good prices on most things, have to be careful about what you are buying and make sure there are no tears, breaks, cracks, chips, check out the quality. Remember these are items that did not sell in other stores, sometimes for a reason. There is no customer service to speak of. It used to be you could call and ask if something was in stock and the clerk answering the phone would go and look. Not today! They don't offer any kind of help with anything whether you are present in the store or calling in. I live far out of town so it is nice to know that an item is available before I make the trip. I do most my shopping online, today, due to lack of customer service. Why drive to town to be ignored? I can be ignored online and get my buying done a lot faster. All stores need to think about this. I really dislike the security system that does not ignore you. If you are there any length of time they start following you in a suspicious manner, as if you are a shoplifter, but don't ask them a question because they don't answer you, they just keep walking like they are invisible. Read moreif i could give our Ross store it would be minus 5 stars. i'm from Seattle, raised my 3 kids on everything from Ross. when my husband retired we moved back to his home town. i was overjoyed to find a Ross here. unfortunately i have been treated like dirt every time i go. i get followed around by security and staff. one time the i laid a few rugs on the floor to compare and the were snatched up by a guard who wouldn't even let me explain. another time the cashier left a security tag one and a 300 lb man came running at me then stopped right in my face. i was horrified. that was the last straw. i realize i don't always go shopping looking my best as i am elderly and sick quite often but there is no reason for their constant intimidation. i intend to look up the owner. thank God we...
