MOD is one of my favorite restaurants, so I was super excited when it came to Great Falls. This was my first time visiting since it opened, and it is definitely still working through kinks though. From when I stepped in to when I got my pizza it took 32 minutes. On the line, many employees seemed flustered, and didn't have the normal MOD employee presence or pizza-topping skills. However, I understand the volume of business they've been doing has been very high, so it is understandable people are still learning and adjusting. One disappointment though, I got dairy free cheese (I'm lactose intolerant), and watched the oven guy cut my pizza with the same cutter as for regular cheese. Not a huge deal in my case, but for someone with a serious allergy, this could be a problem. The dining room was a little dirty, with many tables not wiped down. Again, I went at 1pm on a Saturday, so I know it was very busy. Overall, will definitely be back because I love MOD. I hope they get things running smoother soon though!

A build-your-own pizza bar, what could sound better than that? The intentions are brilliant. My visit to this MOD pizza location however, could definitely have been better. I loved all of the choices of toppings for your pizza. You can even pick between a couple different marinara bases. BTW- the spicy one is SPICY- like had my eyes watering and I ain’t no hot wimp. You could also pick the type of crust you wanted. I think the biggest issue was that my pizza came out pretty burnt. I understand it might not be perfect but none of it really came together for me. They also got my order wrong and it took a loooong time for our pizza to be ready. And I’m a pretty patient person. I don’t at all mind a little wait for some good food. But that wasn’t this. The inside of the store was cool, modern and clean. They also had specialty lemonades that were sour as heck but for the most part pretty good. I just wish the pizza itself would’ve hit the mark more.

Mood Pizza is set up just like Subway or Chipotle. You start off by picking the size of your pizza 6" or 11" . The price includes all the toppings you want. The dough is VERY thin and cracker like. The pizza it self is not bad, they have a fire oven. Mod Pizza has only been open a few weeks and it really shows on the organization and speed of your order. The pizzas were put in at random and came out at different times, all of our pizzas were one or two items so the cook time would have been the same. The pizzas came out at least 5 minutes apart. The poor guy cutting the pizzas it was his second day and was very lost. At this moment I would not go during peak times if you are in a hurry, I hope with more training and time this will be resolved.

I used to love going to this restaurant. The prices are wonderful. Tonight we decided to go cause my husband and I don't eat alot of meat and this is one of the only places you can get a huge salad farely inexpensive. We got there and noticed it was cold inside. Didn't say anything until when we went to go sit down and the cold air was blowing on us while we were trying to eat. Some of the other customers wished us good luck as well. Let me just say it was 1° outside and 46 inside with ac blowing. When we asked if they could raise the temp we were told they didn't know where the thermostat was. Our daughter used to work there. I texted asked where it was. She quickly responded. I let them know. Then it was well we don't know how to work it, I could hear the lead telling the associate were not allowed to use the thermostat there is a note on it. So they changed the story. All around bad business. It's cold outside I have lung issues and wanted to eat in should have stayed home I stead of eating there again. Husband went and tried to calmly talk to them still no resolution. Will not be returning and if you want salad or pizza I'd go elsewhere for a better dine in experience their customer service just keeps getting worse and worse especially if there is...

🤌💋🍕 (chef’s kiss)

The pizza was really good, plus the sauces were delicious. They have a unique business model where you pay one price depending on whether you get a mini (7 in)($5), medium (11 in)($9), or deep dish medium (thick)($11). They don’t offer a large size, as the idea is that each person gets their own pizza. All toppings are free, and you can get as much as you want (I once got 10 helpings of bacon 🥓). For the base sauce, you can choose between regular marinara, white sauce, pesto, regular- or honey-barbecue, or any of their other custom sauces like sriracha-ranch, hot honey, etc.

It’s great for family night because of the inexpensive price and unlimited/free toppings, and you can each get your own pizza, or if you’re parents are a jerk and only let you get half, they allow you to do that, or get a small (7 in).

My favorite custom pizza I like to call the spicy meatZZa pizza, with red sauce and pesto for a base, a 50/50 mozzarella and Parmesan for the cheese, jalapeño slices, and 3 helpings each of chicken, bacon, and pepperoni, in between each of which a layer of 25/75 mozzarella / parmesan.

My other favorite I call the savory chicken Alfredo, made with white sauce, mozzarella, 4x servings chicken, topped with bacon bits and a large...

This visit was a first time for my wife and me. Saturday, September 23, 2023. Mod Pizza is kind of the Subway of pizza shops—so to speak. Both of us liked the entire experience. The young lady who was putting the pizzas together was very friendly, cheerful and pleasant to deal with. Because it was our first experience, she was also very helpful with her explanations of how the ordering system worked to build our pizzas and she was quite patient.

For the money, ($10) the pizzas were a good value and actually very tasty.

But the biggest reason my wife and I will definitely return to Mod Pizza is the exceptionally cheerful and pleasant young man who completed our order at the end of the line. In Great Falls, we do not meet a lot of young people working in fast food restaurants who project that level of happiness and positivity. I asked him for his name and he said "Ty" with a great big smile. God bless that young man. He really seemed to enjoy what he was doing. He seemed to value his job. And it was really apparent that he appreciated his customers and made us feel very welcome with the way he greeted us and took care of us. We...
