I used to love going to this restaurant. The prices are wonderful. Tonight we decided to go cause my husband and I don't eat alot of meat and this is one of the only places you can get a huge salad farely inexpensive. We got there and noticed it was cold inside. Didn't say anything until when we went to go sit down and the cold air was blowing on us while we were trying to eat. Some of the other customers wished us good luck as well. Let me just say it was 1° outside and 46 inside with ac blowing. When we asked if they could raise the temp we were told they didn't know where the thermostat was. Our daughter used to work there. I texted asked where it was. She quickly responded. I let them know. Then it was well we don't know how to work it, I could hear the lead telling the associate were not allowed to use the thermostat there is a note on it. So they changed the story. All around bad business. It's cold outside I have lung issues and wanted to eat in should have stayed home I stead of eating there again. Husband went and tried to calmly talk to them still no resolution. Will not be returning and if you want salad or pizza I'd go elsewhere for a better dine in experience their customer service just keeps getting worse and worse especially if there is...

The pizza was really good, plus the sauces were delicious. They have a unique business model where you pay one price depending on whether you get a mini (7 in)($5), medium (11 in)($9), or deep dish medium (thick)($11). They don’t offer a large size, as the idea is that each person gets their own pizza. All toppings are free, and you can get as much as you want (I once got 10 helpings of bacon 🥓). For the base sauce, you can choose between regular marinara, white sauce, pesto, regular- or honey-barbecue, or any of their other custom sauces like sriracha-ranch, hot honey, etc.
It’s great for family night because of the inexpensive price and unlimited/free toppings, and you can each get your own pizza, or if you’re parents are a jerk and only let you get half, they allow you to do that, or get a small (7 in).
My favorite custom pizza I like to call the spicy meatZZa pizza, with red sauce and pesto for a base, a 50/50 mozzarella and Parmesan for the cheese, jalapeño slices, and 3 helpings each of chicken, bacon, and pepperoni, in between each of which a layer of 25/75 mozzarella / parmesan.
My other favorite I call the savory chicken Alfredo, made with white sauce, mozzarella, 4x servings chicken, topped with bacon bits and a large...
Read moreThis visit was a first time for my wife and me. Saturday, September 23, 2023. Mod Pizza is kind of the Subway of pizza shops—so to speak. Both of us liked the entire experience. The young lady who was putting the pizzas together was very friendly, cheerful and pleasant to deal with. Because it was our first experience, she was also very helpful with her explanations of how the ordering system worked to build our pizzas and she was quite patient.
For the money, ($10) the pizzas were a good value and actually very tasty.
But the biggest reason my wife and I will definitely return to Mod Pizza is the exceptionally cheerful and pleasant young man who completed our order at the end of the line. In Great Falls, we do not meet a lot of young people working in fast food restaurants who project that level of happiness and positivity. I asked him for his name and he said "Ty" with a great big smile. God bless that young man. He really seemed to enjoy what he was doing. He seemed to value his job. And it was really apparent that he appreciated his customers and made us feel very welcome with the way he greeted us and took care of us. We...
