I went to the crumbl store in Great Falls, MT tonight. I ordered a 4 pack. 2 cookies & cream and 2 peanut butter. While waiting in line the person in front of me was told they just now sold out of the cookies & cream. They offered to substitute for another flavor. When they called my name next I asked the employee if I could get a refund as I wasn’t interested in the other flavors. The clerk said yes she would just have to go get the manager. So far a pleasant exchange and nothing remarkable. Then the manager came out. She went straight to the register and in a huff started punching keys on the cash register. She didn’t greet me or even make eye contact. Just rudely handed me the receipt and I guess I was “dismissed”. If she would have taken the time to actually speak to me like a fellow human being I would have told her I still wanted the peanut butter cookies. However I was so taken a back by her rudeness that I didn’t even respond. Dumbfounded I just took my receipt and left. It was completely unacceptable and very much unappreciated to be treated that way. I wasn’t even upset that they ran out of the cookies & cream flavor. That’s not a big deal as things like that happen. Just not sure why I was treated so rudely for no apparent reason especially by someone...

Kinks have been worked out, for most part ..... occasionally, we still get undercooked cookies, tho. The staff is still the best in town though. Not sure what they are doing to keep their employees so happy but they should pass on their trade secrets to other businesses.
I was so excited for this business to open and have been so disappointed. The cookies are never baked thoroughly. We have attempted to buy probably 5 times and each time, there is at least one or more flavor that is not cooked properly and they end up going in the trash. The minimum purchase is always 4 cookies (we are optimistic they are going to be better so we go for it!) and it started becoming a very expensive treat that we never got to enjoy! The staff is always friendly though so they get my 1 star. I really hope they get the kinks straightened out (or their cook times/oven temps) otherwise I will have to resort to driving to...
Read moreA friend of mine ordered cookies for pickup and asked if I could grab them on the way over. I happily obliged. My friend sent the confirmation, with a very lengthy joke title, to let me know they were ready.
"Sir Kody G of the Teleco Guild, Master of MTG, Purveyor of Heavenly Chicken Alfredo. Your order is ready for pickup".
I hit "Ready for pickup", saw a ridiculous amount of abbreviated words on the screen, and thought to myself "Who on earth is that?" It did not click that it was me.
The wonderful lady who brought the cookies out asked if I had an order for pickup, I said yes, and she committed to the bit and announced the whole thing in a "Hear ye! Hear ye!" Style.
It suddenly clicked that my friend put it in as the pickup name.
10/10, amazing experience, will definitely be...
