Greeley Co, Eileen’s has helped carry on a tradition in my family and warmed my heart beyond belief. I grew up in Hastings Ne, and would rob my mom’s change and ride my bike all the way downtown as fast as I could to snag a cookie from Eileen’s before my mom noticed I wasn’t in hearing distance. Much later in life, my daughter turned 10, and I wanted her birthday to be extra special; because she was turning double digits! I moved away from Hastings many years ago. The closest Eileen’s was 2+ hrs away. I called all around to different Eileen’s and no one would ship, they didn’t offer it back then. Then I got to Greeley’s Eileen’s and took a deep breath, picked up the phone, and asked them if they could please ship me my daughter’s first cookie for her 10th birthday. They really didn’t care to, but they said they would try. Well, it made it!! She fell in love!! It’s a thing now. She is now 19 and still has to have Eileen’s when ever she is near one. She even passed it on to the other side of her family. I’m so glad that they offer shipping now! Under this new ownership, the same love for their customers has continued. Greely Co Eileen’s realized how much this store and cookies mean to me and are sending me a dozen cookies. I know they know how much I love these cookies. But, I also think they know it’s not just about the cookie, but the frosting, the experience, and well…my childhood. Now on to my daughter to pass the love of these cookies to the next generation.. Thank you Greely Eileen’s, you have touched my heart. I look forward to ordering many cookies from you 🥰 holidays and birthdays are right around...

Ordered cookie cake for daughters Birthday today, received call at 10 that they can't deliver gal that took call yesterday is new and didn't know the delivery person wasn't working today, will refund or send tomorrow. I asked to speak to owner or manager to see if there was anything we could do... even If I could pay someone else in store to run over real quick, since her Birthday is today (I live 2 hrs away). I was told the owner was the delivery person and she would tell me the same thing (obviously they spoke with her before calling me), I got her number anyway, Left message, don't expect a call back. Just surprises me that delivery is few blocks away and no one willing to help out (theres more behind my daughter getting a cookie cake on her birthday, but I won't go into details about that...) Its all good,... I'll race to figure something out, unfortunate since Eileens has been a family tradition for the past 28 years. Take the time to train your people, "especially if your the owner and make the deliveries", Innovation is so important today and your Customers keep you alive, take the time to call them...

I am a bit disappointed. On Friday the 9th I called to order two dozen 3 inch frosted cookies. My husband and I are moving into the area and we love Eileen's Cookies, so we thought it was would be a nice housewarming treat. In addition to calling in the order, I also prepaid. I gave the young lady on the phone our payment method so my husband could just pick them up. That payment did go though, it is on our statement. Today when my husband went to pick up the cookies, there was no order for us. I give the employees working at the time great props because they went ahead and made two dozen fresh cookies for him. That was very kind of them. He did end up having to pay for the order, so we had to dispute the charges on our card for when we prepaid last Friday. I am just disappointed that our already paid for order was not in the system, so we didn't get the exact cookies we requested. Great customer service on the staff working there...
