Worst customer service and work I’ve dealt with. Came with a question about a piercing that was done three years ago and was immediately told everything was my fault. Didn’t take the time to even look at what was the issue or ask why did it or even made sure my piercing was done there. I was met with ignorance and unprofessionalism. Not even willing to take a look at a mistake that was made. The piercing in question was incorrectly done, as the other ear was looks and acts different. To not even take any responsibility for the shops actions and take accountability for a mistake that was done is extremely unprofessional and uncalled for. I recommend going elsewhere for ANY tattoos or piercing. If they mess up it’s never their fault and they’ll try to blame everything on the customer. They were so nice! (This is gonna be longish) I had gotten double cartilage piercings at another studio and they weren't done correctly/evenly so the right piercing had issues from jump and ended up healing over the end of the original hoop jewelry. I found out I'm allergic to the cheap metals so I should only use surgical grade. The first piercer didn't say anything like that when I told her my ears hurt from wearing Claire's earrings and she told me to just gauge the piercing up and I wouldn't have that problem. I talked to the staff about that and they said I was allergic. I didn't get her name but one of the lady's took out the problem piercing and switched it out for a better stud. Immediate relief. I heard a lot of good things about this place, so I decided to go get a couple piercings here. I got my cartilage pierced in two places. Neither healed correctly, both migrated, and when changing my jewelry, none of the jewelry went in correctly. I decided to give Jon's Custom Creations another shot, so I went in and got them re-pierced a few months later. Same thing happened. I spent approximately $200 on piercings here and none of them healed correctly. Some of my friends also had the same problems, with naval piercings getting infected and ear piercings migrating.
