Burger King — Restaurant in Greeley

My wife and I stopped in for a quick bite. As we're waiting in line to order. A guy walked in (I assumed homeless) with an empty coke bottle in his back pocket, lable half way torn off, just looked dinghy. I have no problem with people down on their luck. I often give them loose dollar bills when I have em. Anyway, this guy pulls the bottle out and asked the counter person,"how much will charge me to fill this bottle with soda?" The counter person nods his head and tells him "Go ahead." Which I thought was cool of the dude to help him out. This guy opens the coke bottle, drinks what's left in the bottle and proceeds to the fountain drink machine. Puts his bottle in there right at the nozzle where the soda is dispensed. He sticks the nozzle into the bottle as far as he can and fills it up, backs away and drinks the pop with mouth and lips all over the bottle opening. Goes up to the pop machine and sticks the nozzle back into the pop bottle opening, fills it up and drinks it again. Does this about 3 or 4 times. I go tell the counter person that they need to clean and disinfect the soda machine and says , OH yeah, ill get it here in a second. As we sit there and finish our food we warned a couple of people but we weren't going to sit there all day. As we're leaving people start to line up at the counter. Damn well knowing the counter person was going to hand them their cups for soda and let them drink from the exact nozzle this dude had his mouth on. Not a good look BK. We will not be going back to this...

I would give this BK zero stars if I could !!! Worst experience ever. I was a shift manager for about 7yrs at a fast food place so I know, what its like. Let me tell you about here I went through the drive threw and it was around lunchtime so I figured hey lunch rush I waited at the speaker for a good 15min before finally, someone took my order no greeting what so ever as well as no sorry for the wait nothing. ordered my food which was 3 combo meals totaled about or around $25.00 came to the 1st window once again no greet and no recipe and no Thank you. Came to the 2nd window no greet just women yelling at me asking what I ordered she handed me my two Cokes which were supposed to be large and my medium shake which looked terrible basically flavored milk. Then the women from the window handed me some bags looking thru it it's not my order the women say that's not yours handed it back to her to see if she would grab it which your not suppose to because it's considered unsanitary she hands me another bag is not mine again and one more time, not my order until finally, she hands me mine. Everything was there thank goodness except my chicken sandwich was not the one I originally ordered. Still no apology no free dessert for the inconvenience also the women working the drive-thru asked me 3 times what I had ordered. Terrible terrible I didn't bother to call the store to complain because what was I expecting in return some more bad customer service thanks...

This restaurant showed some concerning food hazards and was not a clean place;the moment you walk in the door, there is a strong odor that was slightly repulsive,stale, and smoky. This restaurant was not exactly Child friendly place. Here is why: -when you walk in, there is a man sitting on the cashier counter, stealing cookies from the register in plain view of both customers and employees alike. -In the other side of the restaurant, near the exit, there are 3-4 men that seemed to have been drugged and/or drunk and one of them is yelling obscene things to a toddler across the room. -one of those said drugged men went in one of the bath room with out locking the door and another (the same man yelling at the toddler) was smoking practically in the building, continued to be disruptive and loud and eventually the man collapsed on the floor. The employees, although they seemed busy and they were fairly nice, did absolutely nothing about any of these instances and completely brushed it aside. In conclusion, my family and I were appalled at the scene and incredibly uncomfortable at the professionalism of this place. We plan to never come here again. These kinds of things should never happen, to employees and customers alike. Such scenes should not be exposed to children and...
