I ordered an above ground pool pool system in the store from the Green Brook, NJ location on July 2nd. Only one piece (the sand filter shipped). It is now over two weeks later and I have been standing in the store for over 30 minutes while the employees try to find someone to cancel the order and refund me the money I paid. None of the employees can process the return and none of the 4 management people they called are available. Was told that everyone has taken the day off.
This is horrendous customer service. I will never make a purchase from Leslie Pools again. I will also recommend to my many pool owning friends to avoid...
Read moreWay to be a true expert Matt [the manager]! Had a complicated fix with cracked old PVC pipes and replacing an old chlorinator. I came in and showed Matt the photos of my setup, talked about the context of what I hoped to repair -- and Matt suggested an alternative that was FAR SUPERIOR to my own ideas. He even threw in a pipe cap to help me close off an unusable pipe. I wanted to let his manager know how awesome he is - but he is the manager. Promote this man!!
