Bad experience, I come here often. The line is always ridiculously long. I have two babies with me and buy lots of furniture & decor for my rentals. This last time the cashier asked if I wanted to open a TJ max card FIVE times. And I said no every time but she did not get the point it was annoying and uncomfortable. Especially when you have two crying babies you are just trying to keep calm and get out of the store. Then she tells me to leave my heavier items and she will have someone bring them out to my car just to pull up on the side. I pull up and wait there for almost ten minutes with two crying children in the car. I called the store to remind them as I assumed they forgot about me. Then I wait another five minutes. Nothing. Finally I leave my running vehicle with two crying kids in the car to run inside and grab it myself they then realize they forgot me and told me my stuff was on the other side of the store so I run across the store to grab my things and load it up to leave by myself. All in all less than great experience and I should've just taken my things out by myself in the first place instead of having 15minutes of my...

I wish I could actually shop at this store, but every time I'm here, every other aisle is blocked by employees or abandoned stock carts left by workers who can't be found. Hopefully you don't need to move one of these abandoned carts or ask a stock person for something behind them, because they treat you like the world's biggest inconvenience when you do. THEN if you manage to get through this complete mess, there's always a ridiculous line. Maybe have less workers blocking aisles chatting about nothing to each other and have more of them on a register....

Bought a comforter set a few days ago and when we took it out of package it had a horrible chemical smell. Packed it back up and returned it today. However the manager was not going to refund me because she said it was used and smelled bad. She did not believe me that it wasn't used and that pisses me off. Just because I didn't return it right away she thought I used it. I got my refund but not happy about the way I was treated. I would not let her refuse...
