This morning I came to La Granja restaurant to order one of my favorite meals. Upon entering the restaurant the young lady working the register had about 6 to 5 minutes before 11 a.m. It was very clear she wasn't having the best of morning and had taken her time to turn on the lights that says open which should have been done before I or any other customer walked in. She took her time to approach the register to take orders. When it was time for me to approach the register, she took my order with the most unpleasant attitude. After ordering my food the gentleman behind the counter where the food is being served. I saw him take food out of a to go plate and used a napkin to wipe it out after there was food in it. He put it back in the pile of clean to go plates for someone else to use that has no knowledge of this. The gentleman had no gloves on. I just want to make management aware of their morning shift because I didn't feel welcome and I did not feel like I was serviced properly as a customer. My food was given to me without a smile or the courtesy of hearing " is there anything else I can do for you" or "would you like a drink with your meal". Let alone not even a smile. La Granja food speaks for itself. But when you have people that lack professionalism it can really take away from what this restaurant...
Read moreJust left this branch, and we’re truly disappointed at the poor customer service we just experienced. Absolute rude lady up front, continuously rolling her eyes at me at everything I was ordering to eat for me and my husband. Who doesn’t speak Spanish and asked me to came up front to order. It was our very first coming to at any La granja, and I feel offended at the lack of love for her job, and the ill service from whoever that lady was (with some golden teeth or something like that)
Chicken Empanadas were extremely SALTY
Meal portions at glance seem to be good though at a very good price (we’re happy about it) but we don’t know what the food tastes like yet, since we ordered to go and we live 37mins away from that location.
