I truly do not understand how this place has such great reviews. I’ve gotten take out from this place 3x now and my biggest problem with this place is the price. A “large” pizza is $17....I wouldn’t mind paying and have paid that price (and more) from some of my fave local family owned Italian restaurants. But PANZ doesn’t even come close to the same quality. I can get a Sicilian pizza (which is essentially the same style) from my fave authentic Italian restaurant for the same price and it comes with 12 slices; and it’s basically twice the size. One time we ordered a Margarita pizza and all they did was sprinkle some dry basil seasoning (it’s supposed to be fresh basil leaves), a crazy amount of salt, and diced tomatoes sparsely scattered on top. It was un-eatable because the amount of salt, let alone the crappy ingredients you’re paying extra for ($19). I’d feel a lot better about buying this pizza if it was priced around $10-$12. Like I said I don’t mind paying more for quality or at least give me quantity— but this place has neither. Honestly, I don’t find it to be any better than one of those Little Ceaser $5 lunch special deals. Also, the WINGS!!! They are sooooo tiny and they did not taste fresh. They were $11 for 8 wings and did not come with any celery or ranch/blue cheese. If I bought wings at Pizza Hut their wings cost like $7-8 and are along the same size and don’t taste any better or worse. I know I’m talking a lot of smack about this place but honestly it doesn’t taste bad. It’s just as good as any other chain pizza place. Its just funny/irritating because PANZ seem to think they are on another level based on their pricing. BUT THEY ARE NOT!!! Change your prices or start making above...
Read moreWe visit our family in Florida a few times each year. Son's and grandchildren. We live in New Jersey where we can get decent brick oven or thin crust pizza. However, I do miss the deep dish or Sicilian Pizza I grew up loving in Coney Island, Brooklyn as a child.
My wife and I were tired of the Bagel places and the Deli's and just wanted a fast slice of pizza. Did a search, came up with Yelp ratings on Pizza Panz Pizza in Lake Worth, Florida.
I was excited walking in to see what I had been looking for in a long while. The menu had a few options, 5, 10, and other slices. For the few extra dollars I went for the larger 10 slice pie. Their "slices" are small, so two of them equals one decent slice. So order more knowing this.
The pizza was as I had hoped it would be. Loads of cheese, melted so the tops were turning brown and the crust was oh so crispy and good.
My wife and I finished 6 slices ourselves and we took the remaining slices back for my son who also loves their pizza.
Now Pizza Panz Pizza honors those that have served as I did. They will give you a discount, most offer 10% but I am not sure since I forgot to ask before the bill came to my table.
If you are a pizza lover, love crispy crust and loads of cheese and sauce, then this place is a must. Can't wait for our next trip to Florida to go back again. See...

Yesterday 15 Nov, around 5:00 pm we decided to go there. This young person behind the counter on his cell phone constantly, then when I finally got his attention, he started to just talk and not let me speak. I had to repeat myself multiple times that I was ordering dinner in, that I needed the salad with the nice big peaces of chicken wirh nice flavor she always eat and the pizza I normally order for myself (perdonal). O well, he got my order wrong in the first place, then tried yo get it corrected but still running his mouth and not listening. Supposedly was taken care of. When outside. He never came to bring the utensils, napkins, or anything. We waited and waited. I decided to go in and still on his phone with other people waiting on him, and he's asking me what's my name and order are when I have been waiting all this time. I forgot to mention that I told him he needed to start listening and talk less. We'll the salad was wrong and the pizza was a large pizza and he marked it to go. I grabbed it and told him it was supposed to be to eat here, not to go. I just got it and left. First time seeing this person at this establishment and hope that IF next time I go there, he's not there. If he is, I will not order and go...
