Owner is very rude, will not go there again. Your comments are not true. I did not try to intimidate anybody , you took it the wrong way . I asked just a question. It was not my intention to cause any harm or discomfort to any body. You should listen to your clients first before react agresive. We used to be frequent customers . Too bad you reacted like that. Ask the girls if we were rude or innapropiate to them , in the few months we had been going there two or three times a week. Please give the girls my apologies if they misunderstood me. You should listen and be receptive and try to please your customers . By the way the little amount that was left in the blender we paid for it. Because if you put 4 spoons or 4 portions of boba in a cup the volume (we paid extra for) they occupy is the amount left in the blender . I asked you if i can get the boba in a different cup, you said yes. I just ask you the question because you hurt and made my wife feel bad because you rather dispose of the left over instead of give to them and please your customers. It will not be an extra cost for you, just doesn't make any sence, it is disturbing. By the way, I am a business owner like you and i listen to my customers even if they are upset. Customer is always right no matter what and you should listen to them instead of being so aggresive . Do not worry we will not be your customers anymore. Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I would as this experience was very upsetting. Sent my brother to pick up about 5-6 drinks for us. Once he got to the counter to order, he was advised that they were out of a few flavors of boba. So he called me to get updates for the orders saved to his phone. The manager came up to him and tried to move him out of the line saying “you are taking too long, move”. He later said it was because they were about to close that he was rushing.Keep in mind there was still about 3 people in line, so they were still not gonna close w/ in the 2 minutes it took to update our order. He then had the person behind my brother to come in front of him and took their order instead. I will be finding a new drink spot after this experience.
UPDATE: I will keep this short as well. As you can see by the owners response, they are never wrong when it comes to interactions with customers and find it okay to be rude and disrespectful. McDonalds was mentioned because if we come into your establishment 10 mins before you close, we should be treated the same as if you just opened, not rushed or pushed aside. There’s a plethora of reasons that keep me coming back: First, the establishment is sparkling clean—The restaurant is always neat and well maintained, even with college students always coming in and out, and I’ve never seen the bathroom anything below spectacular. Second, the service is extremely friendly—the owner and his staff are always patient with everyone and ready to answer questions and accommodate any concerns. Lastly, THE PRODUCT, THE PRODUCT, THE PRODUCT!!!Everything is always fresh and tastes great. Best boba/teas I’ve ever had anywhere, best macarons hands down. The menu is so extensive that you can come to this place over a long period of time and still not try everything, but rest assured that everything I’ve tried has surpassed expectations.
