Today we decided to go to outback after our trip to the beach, and to start off the service was horrible. We were treated horrible and unfortunately i was not able to catch the waitress name. When we got there, it took at least 25 minutes for the server to come and ask what we wanted to drink. We asked for a couple minutes so we can take a look at the menu and the server was fine with that. Finally, he came and took her order and the food came out, which was fresh and amazing but unfortunately we do not have any utensils to eat or napkins. It took the server at least 10 minutes to come and check if everything was OK which we had to ask him for napkins and utensils because he did not provide us with any when we got there. So we had to wait to eat our food because we did not have utensils. Usually at restaurants they would come and check if everything was good if the food was amazing if you need more drinks, but our server was not a tentative whatsoever. I believe out of the whole visit he only came to check on us once and he seemed bothered. Not sure if he saw it as if we couldn't afford the restaurant, but the way we were treated was very unappreciated. As we were eating, I was feeding my daughter and he came up to us and asked " would you guys like the check soon? As if he was in a rush for us to leave. He did not ask if we wanted any dessert , any more drinks, Any boxes. It was extremely uncomfortable that i said sure. We didn't even get an opportunity to ask for dessert nor boxes because he was clearly in a rush. He finally brought the check and i told him i had a gift card id like to pay the order and pay the remaining in card and he was fine with it. Usually when you pay with card they bring you a pen so you can sign and the guy couldn't even bring us a pen. I ended up signing with a BLUE crayon. Its very sad that i couldn't even GET A REFILL during my meal. He ASKED if i wanted a refill once he brought the check and my meal was finished. He greeted me and wished me a great day. These are leadership qualities that stand out. Made the visit feel so valuable. Love this location!
Latest, latest, latest: it always is a pleasure at this restaurant. Our server, Tammy, made our dinner. She recommended the 3-course meal, which gave us the added bonus of a delicious dessert included. She really cares and says how she always wants the best for her guests. This was such an amazing experience and you can’t beat the price. Tammy, you’re the definition of excellent customer service. Everyone here tonight was so pleasant and made us feel valued. Thank you!

She always provides me with the best service on my takeout meal, ensures the Rewards are accounted for (it makes a difference) and she is such a pleasant person. It was pouring rain outside and she didn’t mind taking our meal outside. The food was delicious. Steak cooked perfectly. Bread is always out of this world....
Read moreI honestly don't know how this place doesn't always get a minus 1 star. I called prior to arriving to be sure Prime Rib was available, they said absolutely. When we ordered it we were told only on w/ends, but I wasn't told that on the phone. Ok, order steaks instead. Wrong salads delivered while we waited. Worst ribeye and sirloin steaks ever, both had to go back couldn't even cut thru them. Once sent back only my father wanted another one, so 20 minutes later here comes another sirloin but table was already cleared so he had no silverware. 15 minutes later someone finally sees us wave them over to let them know we had no silverware, but now dinner was cold. Manager says she will comp dinners but charges twice for each one then issues one credit. I caught her "mistake". There were plenty of other incorrect items ordered I am only mentioning the worst of it. Our last experience there about 3 years ago wasn't great, but thought let's give it another chance. How does a steakhouse make such horrible steaks?? NEVER going back again. Lost us for good this time.
