Joe and his crew made our experience as smooth as possible. From making our selection for carpet right at home to keeping us updated on progress Joe was right there throughout the process. The installation team of Richard and Juan did a wonderful job of taking care of our furnishings while relocating them to accomplish the installation. They stayed focused on the task at hand and were very easy to work with for the couple of minor issues that arose. Our belongings were returned to their rightful places quickly when the carpet was ready. Overall, this was one of the best experiences with a contractor completing updates...

In short, I must say that hiring Joe Gray's flooring was the best decision I have made regarding my home remodel. Joe, who is the owner, came to the house with all the samples, talked us through the process and then delivered and executed "on time" and "right". He did everything that he said he would do when he said he would get it done by. HIs highly ethical and straight forward approach was reassuring for me as well as my wife. His pricing was also more than competitive. I highly recommend Joe and his team for any of your flooring needs. I know I will absolutely use him again...

We used Joe to replace our entire downstairs flooring ~1,250 sq. feet. I can't say enough about Joe and his team, they were great. Joe was extremely helpful in bringing samples to our house in multiple price ranges and never tried to oversell us. We had a very tight deadline with our kitchen remodel, that we needed the install done over a specific 3 day window and Joe made it happen. His guys did an amazing job leveling the floor (a GL home with a ton of "potholes") using 9 bags of cement and they were very clean. I would recommend Joe...
