Where to begin?
On Sunday, August 11th, around 9:10AM, I came in for a wheel alignment for my 2018 Ram 1500.
My initial contact was with the store manager who immediately informed myself and another customer that there weren't any mechanics available yet, so they were about 20 minutes late opening their doors. After waiting for roughly another 45 minutes for someone to actually show up, my vehicle was finally taken in to the workshop. Roughly one more hour later Jonathan had told me everything was finished and I was ready to pay. I paid $152.99 for the alleged "alignment", was given a paper receipt, but was not provided with any results from the alignment itself that was performed on my vehicle. The manager told me they also double checked my tires and all fluids free of charge. This was the first red flag to me, as I already knew the condition of my tires were very worn, almost completely bald on my front passenger side (clearly no one looked) He then said it might take a few minutes for the alignment results to reach my email because they don't provide physical paper copies of alignment results anymore.
I left and drove away, noticing a strange sound now after I brake at stop signs and red lights. I checked my email again on my phone, and still didn't see an alignment result receipt. This gave me bad feeling so I decided to go back to ask him to resend the email. I told him not only did I not get my alignment results, but now I hear a strange noise from under my vehicle. I asked him bluntly "Did you guys even perform an alignment?" To which he said yes. He took my truck in AGAIN and had his two shop guys put it back on the diagnostic machine. He called me back in after several minutes to show me the machine diagnostic screen, which was a diagram of four tires and a green arrow in the center. No specific result numbers, no before or after specifications, nothing. I'm guessing he was hoping a blank screen with nothing on it would be good enough for me to accept the fact they did absolutely nothing and charge me for it, but I refused his ridiculous attempt to do so. I asked him off to the side "Was an actual alignment done on my vehicle or not?" He replied "My guys were supposed to, but honestly I dont know" He then told me he already gave me a complete refund for the fake service they performed before I even asked him for it myself. I asked another shop worker there "Did you see anyone do an alignment on my truck" He said that he didn't do it himself because he doesn't know how, and that the other shop worker only put my vehicle up on the lift, but doesn't fully know how to perform an alignment. He then told me that no mechanics that actually know how to do alignments showed up to work today, and he stated word for word, "I don't know why we'd charge for any services we're not able to actually do. None of the mechanics that do alignments are here right now"
Sounds like this location is a hot spot for charging work that isnt performed on the regular. Its ok, because I reached out to the state attorney general about the clear cut attempted fradulant service.
I HATE being lied to and taken advantage of. I hate seeing other people who aren't as aware as I am getting taken advantage of. Despite the fact my money was returned, I feel this 100% needed to be reported and reviewed on here. Please consider your options for auto repair. Theyre a dime a dozen around here, and this is one you...
Read moreTerrible service. The guys that work here are friendly but the actual professionalism and service are lacking. I would not recommend you bringing your car here. This shop is going to quote you anywhere from $100-200 more for any type of service compared to the nearly half dozen other shops near Hypoluxo and S. Military. Seriously, just drive down one block in either direction and you’ll find a shop with a better price. I’m not only upset about the prices but it’s the lack of accountability and the inability to honor their appointments. They told me to come in a weekday morning when they open, right at 7:30, to change out my brakes. They would have done them earlier in the week but we needed to order the parts first. Fair enough and I didn’t mind as this would be before I had to go work and they promised me to get it done in under an hour. Well I showed up Friday morning in the pouring rain and no one would open the door. I waited 20 minutes and still nothing. No one came to the door and I was left having wasted a morning before work. Why tell me to come in when you had no plans of being there? I called them at 8 hoping to reschedule and see what happened to our appointment time, no answer. In fact I kept calling periodically for the next 30 minutes, Alex finally picked up and informed me that they do not begin work until 8:30. I said okay, can I bring the car after work at 5 since you close at 6? Remember they previously promised it would take less than an hour. He said no as it could take two plus hours. They need to get out of here right at 6 so he won’t take the car in if it comes after 4 or I could be without a car until the following day. At least he was upfront and honest. Better than nothing. Maybe it was a blessing, I found a heck of a better shop down the road that ended up charging me half of what these guys quoted me. Thanks...
Read moreI was scammed by this location. I ourchased 2 tires on May 22 then on 6/7 while driving my car started shaking uncontrollably. No mater what the speed was it bounced dramatically. I returned to where I ourxhased the tires and alignment. I made an appoinment for 930 am 6/8/25 to see what was wrong. After multiple call Sunday they finally looked at car at my vehicle and I was texted a message telling me my rear passenger tire was bad. Then I was told they wouldn’t have a tire for a few days . I told them that is one of the tires I had just purchased 2 weeks prior and it should be replaced free of charge since they sold me a bad tire. I went to pick up car 6/10 and was charged another 218 dollars for a new tire. I asked why am I being charged for a new tire when I was sold one that was bad not even 2 weeks prior. I was told that I didn’t purchase the road hazard ( I was not offered and did not know anything about road hazard). I said I should, if anything, get a true prorated and not be charged full price since, again, they just sold me the tire. I ended up having to pay for another tire. Do not go to this place, they will screw you over. I was sold old tires dated June (24 th week) of 2022. One ended up with bubble and they said I must have hit something. If I was a man they probably would not have said that. I hit nothing I was driving back from Naples and car began to shack . In the pic below is the remaining tire fro 5/22/25 and you can see this tire will go bad shortly as the cracks are obvious. I have already filed...
