It took 10 minutes before I could get assistance in the beauty supply store. No one greeted me when I walked into the store. There were three customers, including myself, and three staff people upon my arrival. A male assisted a lady that arrived just before me. The young African American female was assisting a lady at the register and the Hispanic young lady walked pass me as I asked her for assistance. She turned to say wait one minute, after she was about six steps away from me and she went to the back of the store. She returned and walked pass me again to go to the register to ask the other young lady, "where is everybody?" I opine that her line of questioning could have waited until I was serviced. She then obtained the item that I wanted from storage and walked me to the register, where she had another conversation with the three staff people (all African American females) who walked in from an apparent lunch break, before she rung my item into the register and collected my payment.
