Me and my mom went today for lunch we went with my mom’s friends one of them it was her birthday

The food was fantastic it was delicious it came out perfectly fine it was amazing

The waiter that we had was not very polite not professional when my mom and ask her questions she quickly was annoyed and she also called the day before to ask what type of restaurant it was and what type of food and whoever answered the phone was having a disgusting attitude with my mom answering that it’s just a Latin restaurant and the girl who serve does I don’t know her name but she’s from Venezuela first she was a little bit nice at first but then she was giving us attitude I am most definitely going to come back again but seriously you need to teach your staff members how to treat customers with a lot of love and patience because I did not like how she responded a couple of times it’s not professional it doesn’t look good it makes your business look much terrible I used to work in retail so I know what to expect the service and also how to treat other little respect and love I’m just very shock of course I’ll come back again but if the same girl or if another waiter is gonna be doing the same attitude then I’m not coming back so if you guys please talk to all of your Waiters to talk to customers with a Lotta love and be happy put a smile on your face even if you’re not having a good day at least put just a big happy smile that’s all...

Me and my family decided to go to this restaurant because of the ratings and all. Definitely not what I was expecting. When we entered and sat down our waiter came and look annoyed when we ordered our drinks and food. While we were waiting the waiter took forever to bring our drinks and appetizer. By the time she brought them she didn’t have a pleased attitude. When the food came me and my sister both realized that they mixed up our food and everything. During the whole thing not once did the lady come by to ask us how was our food or anything. Would just walk around and not look at our way (mind you it wasn’t even busy). When we asked for the bill she was having this disgusting attitude it was terrible. While we looked at the bill we noticed that she charged us for something in our drinks that we didn’t ask for. When we talked to her about it her again with her attitude and said she will fix it. The tip was included and mandatory. we didn’t mind giving one if she actually did her job. As I mentioned before not once did she come by to ask us how we doing or anything. And her Attitude just showed how disgusted and annoyed she was. We went to dine in Saturday around 7 to eight at night. We came in, and waited to be seated. The couple that was seated before us actually received their drinks and appetizers while I was still waiting to even be greeted by our waitress. We asked for the manager and luckily he was able to bring out our drinks and appetizer promptly.

We ordered the Nachos for appetizer and they were great. We also ordered morcilla, and I personally would never eat that in my life however my partner did enjoy it.

For entrees, I ordered the Milanesa de Pollo with white rice, plantains, and french fries. Mediocre to say the least and flavorless truly speaking considering they’re called “Latin Flavor”… just really disappointed.

My partner ordered the Fish Tacos and regretted immediately after his first bite, those truly were a total miss.

By the time they came around to ask for dessert I had to already ask a different waitress to bring me the tab because of how poor the costumer service was unfortunately.
