I got brown sugar boba, let me tell you about it...
Firstly: The drink is just milk and brown sugar sauce. That's it. Make it at home.
Secondly: The boba was a little sweet but small and disappointing.
Thirdly: I was charged more because I asked for no ice and I was not informed ahead of time of this policy.
I shouldn't have asked for no ice because my companion was barely given any ice and got the same thing much cheaper so it was a waste. When we asked about the extra charge, we were cut off mid-sentence and given the reason of "extra milk". What?
Little rant: So since I asked for less syrup I should save money, right? Not that I was given more than a splash of extra milk. Since I don't get ice which also costs money I should save money, right? A ridiculous policy that was not communicated in the slightest, a simple, "Just so you know that will be an upcharge if you ask for no ice." Is that so much to ask for?
Summary: I paid almost 9 dollars for milk with a little bit of syrup and boba pearls that let me down. A full gallon of milk is less than 5 dollars at Publix.
My take from this is bad customer service and bad boba tea. I am never coming here again and I recommend going elsewhere, which is awful I know because there aren't that many places...

It was such a hot summer day so a tea refresher was a must. Butterfly pea lemonade and mango was good with popping boba. I'm not usually a tea person but after trying my friends boba tea, I noticed it was on the sweeter side. It was such a hot day so I ordered one for myself.
For the bubble waffle ice cream, you choose from two base flavors (chocolate or vanilla). There's several cereal mix-in and topping options. As a mix-in with the vanilla ice cream swirl, I choose my favorite childhood cereal (Apple jacks), topped it with strawberries and chocolate chips, drizzled it with condensed milk! The bubble waffle cone could have been a bit softer but besides that the actual ice cream was...
Read moreThis USED TO BE one of my favorite places to get boba tea until today. I come here often and have yet to experience anything negative until today. I went today to get multiple drinks and while purchasing my drinks I asked for a cup of water. The young lady said sure no problem. I pay for my items and upon retrieving them there was no water. I go drop my drinks and come back to ask for my water the second time around and not only was she rude but says oh no water. Now ma’am when I asked the first time you said yes then after I paid for my stuff and ask again, now it’s a NO you all don’t have any. I was offended, upset and shocked being that I’ve usually had good experiences/interactions. I guess most restaurants and public service businesses don’t take notes from Publix or...
