Would give negative stars if I could sad to have to contact legal help because they refuse to show what they use on your face it’s 3 days later and I’m still broke out in hives and severe acne due to there negligence not only did they mess my eyebrows try to tint them without my permission to hide it, then proceeded to put concealer on my face after a fresh wax and of course the wax was dirty and of course I came with pictures. Do not go to this place. This place is disgusting. I guarantee you they’ll take down my review but I’ll just keep putting it right back up and I will be contacting legal help. not only did I go back, trying to ask what they put on my face. They refuse to show me, threw my money at me and told me to suck a blank as I walked out the door. very unprofessional, not to mention couldn’t even handle my problem the right way because they don’t speak English let’s not mention it’s 2025 and we’re paying almost $30 for an eyebrow wax absolutely insane not to mention, they will blame you for their negligence. I’ve been getting my eyebrows waxed every two weeks since I was 16 at different places all over and have never had this issue. This place is absolutely disgusting. I did a haircut today with Dayanni . The salon is very neat and clean and loved the atmosphere. There are almost 7 people working in the salon when I went and I got served by Dayanni. She is very good and professional . I showed her a pic of the haircut that I wanted and she took almost 2 .5 hours to get it done the way I wanted . She took attention to detail and did it in a good pace with no rush at all and that’s what I loved the most . In other salons I have went , they usually try to get the work done fast and would try to convince you it’s good but not here at all . She took time , effort and the final look was just mind blowing !!! I loved her service and definitely will come back .

I am sure the others there are good as well , seeing the way they handle their customers , but I think I will stick with Dayanni as I know her work now . Since I was there for 2.5 hours , I saw a lot of neat hair colors done and their satisfaction. Also I had very thick hair and length till hip , and it cost around $85 for haircut and wash ! Reasonable cost too considering the thickness and length...

Absolutely horrible experience today ! I had a scheduled a haircut Jan. 2nd, my awesome stylist Jennnife called to let me know, "they closed the salon for the day, "because they weren't busy enough" ??! Have you ever heard such a thing ? Oh it gets better: Today was a REscheduled haircut, and a Mani/ Pedi. Pedicure was fine, Cindi stood by to translate & was most pleasant. I then had a so called "manicure". It was a complete mess !

I showed Cindi, she said she would fix it, I chose to just take the polish off. Asking Cindi if, "because of closing salon- when I had an appt. & terrible mani, would you compensate me by not charging for the pedi ?" Well, I miss understood, thought she said, "no charge today". 5 mins later she walked up to me & said, "I called the owner. If you do not pay for pedi, we will call the police".
