Belk Outlet — Local services in Greeneville

Visited on a Sunday afternoon. Lots of sales and clearance items. Had three things to check out. Two cashiers. One was arguing with a lady about an exchange. We were next in line with the other cashier, and she just walked off. Not a word to us, just left her register. After several minutes, we were discussing just leaving the store without our items. Another cashier came to the third register and checked us out. The AWOL cashier came back and just started chatting with the first cashier, who was still processing the return. As we were leaving, a gentleman in a wheel chair was struggling to open the doors. We helped him get inside, and noticed there's not a power door for handicapped. I'd been looking for several hours at different stores for a robe to buy for my husband. His birthday was actually yesterday, but the gift he was given was from "the kids" (you know how it is, buy something with your money say it's from the kids 🙄☺️) and I still needed something for him from myself. I found several good Father's Day gifts but nothing I really wanted for him for a birthday gift. I also ended up purchasing a couple of items for myself but it was near closing.The staff was very helpful from the shoe dept. to the men's section and the makeup counter Clinic lady. The store was neat and clean and they rang me up even though I'd gotten to 3 registers that just closed. She opened her register back up just for me which I used my debit card to make things easier as she'd already counted down her cash. I'd definitely recommend this Department store of Belk in...

It's always a pleasure shopping at Belk. The staff are so friendly and always ready to help in anyway they can. Peggy Broyles a Customer Service employee goes out of her way to help the customers. I see her almost every time I'm there helping some of the little sweet senior ladies match up their outfits. She will walk over the entire department to look for one specific item that someone wants and they can't find. If she thinks they still have an item she doesn't quit until she finds it. She is just the sweetest thing in the world to all her customers. Every department is so well maintained and kept picked up and hung up on their racks or shelves properly. It is the ONLY really good clothing store that Greeneville Tennessee has and i think the employees are a huge part of that success! And i love...
