I have been very disappointed the 3 times I have been there with the customer service. They are pretty much cleaned up and ready to walk out the door 30 minutes before closing. You can't order hot food because they shut down the ovens and if you’re inside sitting down eating, you get kicked out at closing time. They will allow you to order other things but they make it known with their faces that they want you to be quick and out. Smoothie bowls have limited choices and they are stingy on filling it up. I did not feel welcomed or appreciated as a customer. They are mostly young girls working that haven't been taught good customer service. I have even been in there with the owner present and there was no welcoming in or acknowledgement of our presence as we walked in or ordered. In general, whenever I go in there the workers are not very friendly. I also noticed that sometimes they really mess up my friends order, or even forget it.

I usually get a protein shake that is chocolate and peanut butter, and it tastes really good, it tastes like a Reese's liquefied! Sometimes I add a shot of expresso if I want a little caffeine. But today I noticed that they put Skippy the peanut butter in it, which they usually just use the peanut butter powder. And I tasted the shake and it has barely any chocolate flavor in it, and just tastes like crappy peanut butter. Considering that their drinks are not cheap, you'd expect them to use better quality ingredients and be consistent in their flavor.

It is a nice place to sit, plenty of plugs for electronics, and tasty food. Just truly disappointed...

DO NOT GO HERE! Menu items are extremely overpriced. Tips also do not go to workers. To top it off, owners are extremely unprofessional, name dropping and talking loudly/disrespectfully about previous employees in front of customers. You would think two grown adults would’ve learned to mature but apparently their brain development stopped a long time ago, they’re still a pair of gossipy middle...
