While the concept of the store is great and the staff has always seemed very friendly, it’s in my opinion that they have a vast room for improvement in a few areas (even While being a discount store does affect these issues). Stock... where is it? The store is usually mostly empty and the lots of times the inventory they do have is not the best or even in decent condition. Pricing... lots of the items (in my opinion) are over priced even still being a discount store. Expired items are another issue I’ve seen. Also the store never seems well kept which considering how low their inventory and foot traffic are, you would think a clean, organized, and relatively Laude out planogram would be easy. I do however, think it’s worth stopping in if you are just wanting to browse bc I have found a couple (not many) items on my many trips in, it’s just far from one of my favorite places or...

Found a cute dress on clearance that I thought my daughter might like but wasn't sure, I thought if she didn't I could bring it back next time I came up to Greeneville, took it to the register to pay and ask clerk if I could bring it back, she said yes but I'll tell you this if it gets marked down again before you bring it back that is the amount you will get, I said do what, she repeated herself and I said I'll have my receipt and she said it doesn't matter, I said that's crazy, She said that's how it is. So people you better make sure if it's on clearance that you like it or you'll NOT GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR IT BACK EVER WITH A RECEIPT..... CRAPPY WAY OF DOING...

I think one star is way too many. There is a large Hispanic employee who was so rude to me. Her clothes are way too tight which should not be allowed. I have extremely good taste and her weight with the clothes she was wearing was trashy. She tried to argue with me over a return which was supposed to be an exchange. She had the nerve to snap her fingers at me and tell me just how great she was. I own my own company and if any of my employees did that I’d fire them on the spot. I will be calling their corporate to report her. I don’t care how good the prices are…I’ll pay triple elsewhere before ever stepping foot in...
