Five Below — Local services in Greeneville

If I could give ten stars, I would. The community is blessed to have these workers. Yesterday, I called with a request - a plush blankie. It was for a friend of my grandson, a griens who lost his Mommy earlier this week. I asked them if they could hold it for me until I got there. Left my name and number. I go to the store, told them who I was. The manager came out, offering her condolences. Told me if I needed anything else , to let them know. I get to the register - to be told there would be no charge for the item. It's not often I see that type of community, especially in a chain store. So, to say these employees care - that's an understatement. They did not have to do that, but they did. I hope the ladies see this. I have told everyone I know about this. This touched my heart. That for a little boy, the humanity came out. The care and concern they showed was above and beyond. If you read this, know how much that meant to me and my family. Would I recommend Five Below? Had to run in and get an auto multi USB port to charge more than one phone at a time. Found exactly what I was looking for. Went to check out but they only had self checkouts bit the lady working the front check out registers came over immediately and rang my items up for me and even inserted my payment and said she tries to get to every customer she can and ring it up because that’s the employee job not the customer. Very friendly and professionally. She created me when I entered the store and she thanked me for my business on my way out the door. Well pleased...

Big shout out to five below for supporting the community. Thank you for the donations you all made today and giving back to the community. We at S&S Buttercup Boutique in Greeneville collect toys etc for the angel toy box and tend to do fundraising for families in need as well as run our Boutique. You all really came through.
