It is really nice to be able to try out mattresses without the pressure of a salesperson, especially these days when there is so much information available online. In store, I did call the phone number published with questions. It was nice that I could have ordered in store or online from home (which I did). Scheduling, delivery, and setup was a breeze, no complaints about that.

My bedmate and I had a hard time deciding on a mattress. We ended up meeting in the middle, but the mattress was not comfortable for either of us. It seemed like it would work for us while we tried it in the store, but after a few months at home - it really wasn't working for us (pain, tossing and turning all night, etc.).

We didn't pay much attention to the 100 day sleep guaranty up front because we figured this mattress would work for us. I was very surprised at how easy it was to move forward with this. Nancy was very helpful and super accommodating and the exchange was scheduled for the next day once we made decisions.

I purchased my order online from the comfort of my home. I am a guardian for a ward of the state, prior to the order I placed for my ward, he was sleeping on a futon mattress so anything above that was a great value. I looked at the hassleless website and I was pleasantly surprised. It was VERY basic, easy to follow, no ads, and placing the order was simple. I didn't feel the need to go to the store as anything above a futon grade would be an improvement. The brand names that were able to be chosen were all familiar to me and the website revealed how firm the choices were. Very easy to select. Plus for my ward, we had to stay within a certain dollar value and choosing which would be best was easy. The delivery was made to the group home without issue and they removed his old futon. My ward is very pleased with his new bed, is sleeping better, and I was very pleased with the service. I was supposed to get a delivery time range phone call the day before but I never did, so I emailed Weston and he responded within an hour and gave me a timetable....

I was surprised to walk into the store and be the only one in there. No salesmen or even an attendant. I basically had the whole store to myself to try out any mattress I wanted to. I was in there for about an hour laying around until I found the mattress I wanted. To order they have a computer in there, but for me it was easier to just go home and order on my computer. It was easy to order and my mattress arrived the next day. The 100 day sleep guarantee is great and I used it with no problems. I thought I needed a stiffer mattress so that is the one I chose. Boy was I wrong, I couldn't sleep for more then 6 hours before my back started hurting waking me up. I went back in and chose a softer mattress. I then submitted an exchange form online and a representative called me within the hour to schedule the exchange and to pay for the difference since the new mattress I chose was more expensive. I got the new mattress the next day and have been having great night...
