It's a food ministry, feeding those that are down on their luck financially, but it's also open to anyone that wants to get a quick bite to eat and socialize. It is run by a group of volunteers. I love it because it's a family friendly place, with a wonderful community atmosphere. Though it isn't a high class restaurant and what they're serving day to day is limited, you can pick and choose what you want on yout tray. But you can't complain, it's free food. Sometimes you would be surprised what eating establishments would donate to the Kitchen, that you would have to pay your hard earned dollar to eat where the free food would come from. I talked with a lady and I wish I could remember her name because she was great!
