Rent-A-Center — Local services in Greenfield

Started renting when Barack was the manager Jeff is now manager, have paid nearly 4k on living room set. They refuse to let me go on monthly payments and insist I pay weekly. It's been hard I've explained to them numerous times I work away from home, so when I get back home I catch up on the payment. Jeff now manager I get nothing but harassment, 3-7 phone calls a day, calling my family, my friends and my work. Over $100. I've tried calling and explaining the situation and that it wasn't Okay for him to call my work or my family. I've explained on numerous attempts that it would be easier for myself to pay a monthly bill. But they refuse. When barrack was there he understood the situation and worked with me. I pay my bills every month like anyone... unfourtnely I still have money I owe and I've already paid so much to give up. But, by far the WORST store I've ever rented from. I will never recommend nor rent from these...

Started renting a TV and washer and dryer was having an easy time paying the bill monthly up until this month when my boyfriend called in the payment and the assistant manager posted our payment to someone else's account now he waited til today when the manager jeff was there and they are refusing to wait for our payment til next pay day and our questioning where our payment went well we have other bills to pay to and this is ridiculous and very unprofessional then they hung up on him updating my review now they call 7 times a day from business and personal numbers they changed our contract with out telling us we had monthly now they want everything other week I highly recommend staying away from this rent a center at least while they have this asshat...

Its a shame you cant give this place zero stars. Tim is completely unprofessional. Every time a problem arises, it has something to do with Tim. If you agree to payment plans, they always take more money than they are supposed to. This has happened at least 4 times. They'll shrug it off with a "sorry" and tell you the money will return to you in 3 days... hate to break it to you guys but people have bills to pay and kids to feed and taking additional HUNDREDS out of a paycheck is...
