I write this review mostly to illustrate a potentially bad situation that was made right by the staff. I had ordered a 12-inch sub online late this afternoon, and when I arrived to pick it up, it was only a 6-inch sub. However, upon pointing this out to the friendly woman at the counter, she apologized promptly and noted the confusion on the way the order may have been interpreted from the receipt. She then offered to make me a second 6-inch sub to rectify the situation and did so promptly. As I told her, I wasn't trying to give her a hard time, and she was doing exactly the right thing given the circumstances. Read moreDisappointed Experience at Subway I went to a Subway store to pick up 9 sandwiches for my employees, but the lady at the front said they couldn't serve us because it was a "big order" and required a 24-hour notice. This was very disappointing and unprofessional. Her attitude was rude, which made the experience even worse. I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome.
