I don't remember what night of the week it was it was after the typical dinner hour. I sat at the bar the host was not readily identifiable so I just picked a stool and sat down. The bar tender was wonderful very friendly and polite. I ordered an Old Fashioned they made it with Bullit Bourbon which would not have been my first pick she may have asked I honestly don't recall. I know what she used because I asked when she brought I was expecting something a little sweeter but she definitely asked if I like them and I replied not too so she definitely was trying to make me a good drink an it was I just should have asked for Markers Mark I like it much better. As for dinner I ordered the fish and chips. I am not known for being a huge fish fan but for some reason this particular Friday night I am now remembering more as I am thinking (it's been hard to do my wife recently died) Fridays are fish nights when my wife and I would go out. It was very good two nice sized pieces well battered and deep fried the oil was obviously hot and reasonably clear because the batter wasn't greasy like it can be. The fries hot and crispy with soft potato center again well made so often disappointing at national chains. I usually try to avoid chain restaurants for this reason they can be very inconsistent. I know from prior experience with 99's the one in Charlestown MA and this one in Greenfield MA I had the same quality of food and service. The price was reasonable as well considering I did have a cocktail which I think was about $11. I will give them a little more business because I was so happy with the meal and...

We were seated right away at a booth next to the bathroom (which for a family with three littles, one being on crutches, this is absolutely perfect).
Server greeted us immediately with popcorn, and took drink orders. She was kind and patient with the kids and relatable to my husband and myself. Great sense of humor and we were immediately feeling comfortable.
After a few minutes, we placed our order. It took an exceptionally long time for three kids meals and two adults combos to come out but our server continued to check in on us. Offered complementary salad and kept making sure we were taken care of. Food came out after the night's rush.
Kids meals were exactly what they wanted: fries were crispy, tenders were solid white meal and the pasta was perfectly covered in butter- not too much. My southwest fajita bowl was delicious: chicken was cooked perfect, flavors were rich and veggies were fresh. My husband's specialty combo of sirloin tips were cooked as he asked and the buffalo sauce had just the perfect amount of kick.
Only struggle was the delay in the food coming out but again: Friday night at peak hours. Great work by the sever and kitchen, we will make it a...
Read moreThe "honey bqq chicken" on the Mac n cheese was insanely spicy without any hint of sweetness or honey at all. The rice pilaf was not cooked and ended up being so hard it actually hurt my gums. Dinner took two hours and my daughter's chicken wasn't even remade before my entire dinner was done. I felt bad for the waitress whom I didn't even want to tell about the pilaf not being cooked because she was clearly trying very hard and it's not her fault the kitchen was doing so badly. She even had to tell me that she was not surprised the pilaf wasn't cooked because that happens there and what you get depends on who is cooking. I paid a lot for a very sub par experience and guilt over having to tell her that most of our food wasn't edible so she could have the kitchen give us something different after extended waits in an almost empty restaurant. And the hostess had us wait before being seated so she could check where to put us when the place was a practical ghost town at 7pm. It feels like a bunch of people just walked in off the street and guessed at how the place operates except for the waitress who was running around trying to do everything while others stood around recleaning the same empty tables around us making it feel...
