I absolutely cannot recommend Terry and Karen enough. I gave Terry a few diamond shapes we were looking for, and when we came in he had 4 ready that all fit in my price range. Then we sat with Karen for 2 hours and designed the entire ring together with the diamond right in front of us. Karen is incredibly knowledgeable and gave us phenomenal advice and guidance. Throughout the entire process they gave us updates on the design and the progress of the ring building. There were no surprise extra costs or fees and everything was straight forward and well explained. And they also offer free cleaning any time after purchase! I was looking for a genuine art deco engagement ring and this is the only place around that had any sort of selection. I had tried on hundreds of rings and hated them all, until the nice lady at Bardy's slipped this little platinum ring on my finger. I instantly knew it was my ring. My fiance wasn't quite ready to buy, and to my surprise, they held it for us for a couple of months until he could afford it. They were also negotiable on the price. Trying to sell nice jewelry is hard enough so when I call a place and explain what I have and that I want to sell it as jewelry not scrap metal and is understood my objective I expect that to occur. This was not the case I was given total number for the amount of metal regardless of stones and age of pieces. The lady said "well we have to see it first" which I understand but the man was boarding on disrespectful all but saying it is what it is.
