Absolutely phenomenal experience at Green Valley Grill, one of those meals that lingers in your memory long after the last bite.
From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed like old friends. The hosts were warm, gracious, and efficient, setting the tone for what would be a truly special evening. The ambiance was inviting, with an effortless blend of cozy and upscale, making it perfect for everything from a romantic date night to a celebratory dinner.
Let’s talk about the food, because wow. I ordered the pan-seared scallops, and I can honestly say they were perfection. Perfectly caramelized on the outside and buttery-tender on the inside, they were served atop a dreamy asparagus orzotto that was so rich and flavorful it could’ve been a main dish all on its own. The wilted greens were vibrant and fresh, adding a beautiful contrast to the richness of the dish. But what truly tied it all together was the Calabrian chili oil and lemon zest — the brightness and subtle heat elevated every bite. Every component was balanced, thoughtful, and masterfully prepared. You could tell the kitchen staff takes immense pride in their craft.
My wife had the parmesan-crusted chicken, and she couldn’t stop raving about it. Tender, juicy, and packed with flavor, the crispy parmesan exterior gave way to a succulent interior. The lemon-garlic sauce was heavenly, tangy and smooth with just the right punch, and paired beautifully with the herb goat cheese. The fried capers were a delightful touch, adding a pop of briny crunch that complemented the creamy mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetable medley. It was a dish that sang with flavor and comfort in every forkful.
The service? Truly outstanding. Our server was attentive without being overbearing, genuinely knowledgeable about the menu, and made us feel completely taken care of. Every request was met with a smile, and our drinks were never empty. You could sense a real harmony between the front-of-house staff and the kitchen, everything flowed seamlessly, like a well-rehearsed symphony.
I also want to give a heartfelt shoutout to the kitchen team, your passion shows. Every element of every dish was cooked with care and intention. From the sear on the scallops to the seasoning of the vegetables, it was clear that nothing left that kitchen without being just right.
In short, Green Valley Grill delivered an experience that was delicious, elegant, and deeply satisfying. We left full, happy, and already planning our next visit. Whether you’re a local or passing through, do yourself a favor and dine here. It’s the kind of place that reminds you how magical a great...

Each bite was bursting with flavor, and the seasoning was just right, allowing the natural taste of the meat to shine through. The dish was accompanied by a delectable mint and herb sauce that added a refreshing and vibrant touch.
The short rib dish was a true masterpiece. The meat was incredibly tender, falling off the bone with the slightest touch. Read moreThis was a special dinner out for our family to celebrate our daughter turning 21. We had a party of 10 so we chose GVG because the service we received last time we had ate here was amazing, so with that many people in our party we thought we would be well taken care of, but that was sadly not the case. We were not in a hurry but did not feel like we were served in a timely manner. After about 10 minutes from seating our server finally came over and filled our water glasses then walked away to not return for another 15 minutes. We never were asked to place our drink order first but instead she took our whole order at one time. We would have liked this part of the dinner to be a little special since our daughter was going to order a cocktail to celebrate her birthday. We received our apps and salads before we even received our drink order and no refills of water at the very least. Our food seemed to take forever to arrive and when it did finally come out most of our entrees were luke warm at best. We figured after waiting so long for everything else it would be pointless to send anything back to be fixed or reheated because it would take forever to receive again. While sitting throughout our dinner we did notice our server was also taking care of another large party at the same time and other tables in the dining room as well. We believe this ratio definitely was a cause for her lack of service to our group. Our food also was not the best and for an average of $30 a plate we were expecting a little more in flavor and taste. The bread and dessert was probably the best part of our entire meal. We would have liked to speak with someone in management before we left regarding our experience but instead were offered a notecard for comments and someone would maybe follow up with us. I doubt we will return to GVG again but would consider giving their sister restaurant Print...
