: I visited thr location at the Friendly Shops in Greensboro, NC. I purchased a Pecan Bear Apple. Once I arrived home and cut into my apple and the apple was bad. It was soft and was brown on the inside so I called the location from which I purchased and explained to them the issue. I was advised that if I brought the apple back then I they would replace it with a fresh apple. I live 25 minutes from the location. So I explained to them that I would return shortly. Upon arrival I was provided a "fresh" apple and I asked the assistant manager Alyssa as a courtesy if she would stamp my puch card since I had to return. She said that because I had it stamped for the purchase she could not stamp the card again. I explained that I understand but I'm asking as a courtesy because not only did I receive a bad product but I also had to drive back to this location which again is 25 minutes from this location. As a customer that should have been the least she could have done to make it right. She again stated that she was not able to punch the card and wasn't willing to make any accommodations to rectify the issue other than replacing the apple. Had I used better judgment after she refused I should have just asked for a refund and took my business elsewhere, because once I returned home AGAIN the replacement apple even though was slightly better, it still wasn't as fresh as the other apples I've purchased from this location. If my punch card is at 8 punches that means I've spent well over $80 on apples at this location. That's the only thing I go there for. And I personally feel like as a returning customer that something should have been done to accommodate me. I didn't ask for anything extra, didn't ask for a refund it was a simple card punch to accommodate me having to drive back 25 minutes to return a bad product. It was the principle of it. At this point if they are unable to do what's right, I most likely will take my business elsewhere. Poor...
Read moreI used to drive to Winston Salem just to go visit the one in Hanes mall until an employee told me that there’s one in Greensboro. I was very disappointed in the service and my food that I received. When I first walked in it smelled so good , after trying a sample of the popcorn it was very stale and dry ! I was very excited about my candy apple but after getting home and cutting into it , it was very slimy ( you can tell how it’s sticking to the paper) like the candy didn’t fully dry ! The apple itself was not firm but very very soft , it looks like a very healthy apple but it did not taste appealing. However I did get dog treat and my dog...
