Worst Office Depot EVER!!! I sent an email three days ago around 10 AM. Called around 6PM to verify that they got it. I was told that they were too busy to check and to also give me an estimate. The representative then told me that I would have to come in to get an estimate. I went in the next morning to get the estimate and to have it printed only for them to tell me that I would have to wait until 6 PM possibly to get my print 6 PM rolled around and I never received the email to say that my print was done. I went this morning to see if my print was done only to have the print in the wrong size and to be told that they cannot print anything that big in store. This has been a three day process and I have a project that had to be done by end of day today. Ask for my refund and asked if the refund could be in cash for the inconvenience so that I could go to another place to get my print. Was told that they cannot refund me any other way, but the way I paid. I was not upset about this I understand. But the issue for me is, there was no form of apology no type of way to try to rectify my issue, just slid me My refund receipt and sent me on my way. This was not a great customer service experience being that they inconvenienced me for not one, not two, but three days! I will never use this Office...

This Office Depot's printing center is the absolute worst. The employees there are extremely unhelpful, will blatantly refuse to do print jobs because they "are slammed" and are rude to customers.

On one occasion, I needed a print job completed early in the morning and arrived around 10 minutes after store opening time to get the job done. When I arrived though there were already three people in line and no one at the printing center to help. The other employees just told us to wait and finally around 20 minutes later the young woman who was supposed to be manning the printing center finally showed up. Unfortunately for us waiting customers, she ignored us, went towards the staff rooms with her coffee and didn't appear for another 10 minutes. When she finally did come to serve the customers, she was rude and unhelpful to each one of us.

Most recently, I had a print job ordered online and sent to the store. Only to be told that they would not process the order because they were too "slammed with other print jobs." I needed to contact customer service to get a refund on my order.

Ordered invitations to be printed on card stock. Paid in advance. Was provided date they would be available. Went to pickup and they were not available. Employees were confused as to why no one had printed them. I asked for manager and asked him for refund. He proceeded to go help someone else. Came back and then proceeded to print something in a hurried manner. Then threw an envelope on the counter where I had been waiting for the refund. I asked what it was and he disgustedly said your invitations. I said I asked for a refund. He said he didn't know that and I said I asked it from you and another employee looked in shock because she knew that I had asked him for a refund. He took the envelope threw it in the trash and eventually after 45 minutes of waiting, I received a refund. Don't waste your time with this print shop. Go to Athena Print Solutions.
