I have been to this shop several times since they first opened and every single experience has been less than positive. Whether it be pushy sales people, overcrowded clothing racks or tiny spaces to walk between there is always something that makes it unpleasant. But the last time was by far the WORST. I had been browsing for a few minutes when a sales rep asked to start a dressing room for me. This was perfect and I said thank you. I was trying on a few items when I noticed someone walking back and forth behind the curtain which serves as a door for the dressing room. Then all of the sudden another employee pulls back the curtain, stares at me and then under her breath says "sorry" closing the curtain. So...Obviously embarrassed and upset I put my clothes back on walked out. I was planning on buying a shirt and soft summer sweater but after that rude walk-in (with no reason given as to why) I didn't want to be there another minute. Walking in on an undressed customer?...

The employee's name who I didn't catch is very rude. I made an online purchase and never received a confirmation email but I was given a order number on the site which I used to keep up with my tracking. I kept checking it and It said it was delivered so I go to the store to pick it up and the employer was SO rude to me. She could not find the items and asked if I was sent an email and I explain to her that I never received a confirmation email when I made the purchase so I did not rely on that. She just got an attitude even more after that comment and just ended the conversation with we always send emails. No apologies for the confusion or inconvenience or anything. HORRIBLE...

I am a lover of Francescas!! But today I was very disappointed in the actions of the employee at this location. When I was walking through the store my friend showed me an item and I put it back. When I was walking out the door the employee accused me of stealing it when it was clearly on the shelf. She was extremely rude and sarcastic and said “enjoy it” insinuating that we lied about taking the item from the store.
