UPDATE!! We went back again!! Hour drive well worth the time - KEVIN KEVIN KEVIN is the MAN for helping us find what we needed!! He provided excellent customer service as did Carlos. We have recommended to our friends this outlet - everyone has found great appliances at deeply discounted prices. Kevin is very patient with any questions you may have. He spends time with each customer giving them the best customer service you could ask for by looking over the appliance with you for dings or reason for why the outlet has the item there for resale, if not brand new in the box. Be patient if you need help - this place is busy & ALL employees are helping customers - you will get your turn with their time as well ..

If you don't find items the first time - go back - the inventory changes quickly daily. That's why items are not posted online...they sell fast! We went didn't see what we needed, had lunch close by -went back and found perfect new washer & dryer set! We now have a Weber genesis grill brand new, bent wheel is why it was there - we contacted Weber and they sent the new part free under Weber warranty- great price! Kitchen Aid appliances new in box --bought those too! Delivery was seamless. You can also purchase a Lowe's warranty on any items. Do that, you can't go wrong with the warranty!

Again - be patient with ALL employees as this is a busy location and, if you have the patience to wait for Kevin's supreme service you won't be disappointed!! Kudos Kevin - we look forward to seeing you again! You made our day!

Lowes Outlet GSO provides a great selection of appliances,. Both new & damaged - at deeply discounted prices! Especially prices over Labor Day Event Sale on W/D/fridges!! It took our patience & few trips to the store to find exactly what we wanted - "kept waiting & searching" - we did find it here in GSO! We bought several appliances deeply discounted. NEW IN THE PACKAGING BOX!! Standard Warranty applies on most items. Delivery is available (60 miles out) for a small fee. The extended Lowes warranty is available to purchase! I suggest Check/Walking/looking at the rotating inventory several times a day if looking for something specific. We went to lunch & came back to find our specific items had been put into the "unknown large inventory" Yayy! Take a trailer with you - if delivery isn't purchased, items need to go out the door with you after purchasing on the same day. Most items are 30, 50 & 75 % off MRSP. Prices go down quickly 30/60 days-ish - Lowes outlet is unloading & moving lots of inventory that can not be viewed online as items sell to quickly to post. Made a lot of sense after seeing the process - - The employees are extremely busy doing their very best to help all the customers in a timely ORDER, - - your patience & kindness is also helpful. Kevin was a true example of outstanding customer service! He provided excellent service skills with acknowledgement to us upon walking in the door. Absolute trash, test any item you purchase from here. Finally hooked up the DW ibought and paid to be delivered and water is now all over the floor. We would have had a catastrophic flood in our kitchen had I not watched the first run. See pics, it leaks all along the seam where the vertical tub is attached into the bottom tub.

We bought this DW from lowes outlet and it came with nothing, I get it, it was from the outlet, as is, but it should be working, not leaking all over the place.

I had to get all the other parts that should have come with it from another supplier. Assuming I was hooking up a working DW, I didn't save the parts packaging. Now lowes will not reimburse me for the maytag specific parts that I will return with this thing when they pick it up, so the next sorry person to buy it has some bit of hope they're getting something in total that should work.

Bad customer service, taking no responsibility, it wasn't the parts leaking it was the bad DW that they sold me and now they will not reimburse me for the parts. I do not want them or need them, nor can I return them without packaging. Do not buy from this store, it's a roll of the dice if you're product will work, and you're SOL on any money you spent to get their trash set up to run. They do not back their products that should work.

Do not go to the outlet and buy a Maytag DW that matches the model in the picture in the next few weeks, I do not put it past them to put this right back on the floor to resell it again. Don't be a sucker and buy thinking you're getting a good deal. You're not, you're just wasting precious hours of your life buying an...

I purchased an LG one piece washer/dryer unit at the outlet for $1300.00 and then $150 delivery fee and tax. The unit immediately leaked from underneath the machine. I had specifically asked about warranty when I bought it and the Lowe’s associate said it has a 12 mo manufacturer warranty and offered me an extended warranty. He said I had 30 days to decide on the extended warranty. I called LG and spent over two hours on the phone going through trouble shooting to no avail so they sent out a tech who said they do not honor the manufacturer’s warranty when you but it from an outlet. So while he was there i called Lowes again and they agreed to come pick it up and give me a refund. They did not come when they said. Called again and scheduled a time and they picked it up 11/29. I called twice about my refund and finally had to go to the store yesterday (12/6) to finally get my receipt showing a refund was coming to my card.It will take 2-3 more days for the refund to hit. I think it was very deceitful to tell me the manufacturer warranty was for 12 months when it isn’t even honored!! In all I have spent over 12 hours of my time on this situation. I went online and ordered the exact same unit from Costco and it was NOT a scratch and dent and still the same price i paid at Lowes. The process was smooth and the delivery was on time and the people were super nice. I’ve always been a Lowe’s faithful client but this has left a very bad taste...
