Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Greensboro

I ordered a shaqironi pizza expecting a good amount of pepperonis but there was more cheese than pepperoni and my food was cold when it got to my apartment I spent $24.70 and do to the poor quality of this pizza for a high price papa John's pizza on battleground avenue in Greensboro NCpapa johns just lost me as a customer the food isn't worth my money ! I cannot believe I'm even having to write this review. I despise writing reviews, but at this situation, I'm floored. Smh. I ordered a pizza and cheese sticks at 8:38 pm, apparently through Papa John's call center that I was routed to after calling the battleground location phone number, and 2 hours later No pizza. I called the same exact number, got Skylar at the battleground location this time and he says they have no record of my order. Then puts me on hold to check with manager about what to do, gets back on the phone to say they have no record of my order and nothing can be done at this point. I asked to speak to the manager, and low and behold, now there is no manager on duty. I would have to call back at 10 am. 😒 Ordering Marcos from now on. This...

This location is ok. They aren’t always the fastest and sometimes the amount of toppings on your pizzas isn’t great. I know some people expect a crazy amount of cheese and toppings without paying extra, I’m not that guy. I just think that each piece of pizza should be consistent and it’s not always that way. Sometimes slices barely have cheese in them.

When I go to them to do a pickup, many times I wait at the outside window (due to covid you can’t go in right now) and I can see my pizzas ready on the shelves but I have to wait several minutes for someone to come to the window.

That said there are other times I’ve been here and the experience was better. Just saying, I’m never sure what my experience will...
