I had to have an extraction done on today Dr Schwartz done it was pretty bad I was nervous I tell you from the time he enter the room until he finished he talk me through it he is so amazing when my dentist died a few years ago I didn’t think I would find another good dentist because I had been going there for so long I didn’t want to change dentist and he was great thank God he sent me to Dr Schwartz he is an awesome Dr and so friendly and patient been like that from day one a fantastic attitude all he done today on that tooth I promise I didn’t feel anything I am telling you if you need a good dentist please come see him you want have no regrets I am very please I am not going anywhere everyone I come in contact withi I tell them about my dentist and Hannah was assistant him today she was so amazing as well patiently answer every question because I kept asking because of me being nerve she told me I promise you are going to be ok she definitely was making sure I was ok and Reyna at the front desk as well is great take time to always help me and not try to rush me off always greeting you with a warm beautiful smile that office has a peaceful Atmosphere Westover Dental y’all are a very special group of people you don’t find in every office everyone being friendly but God put the right group in that office…. I wish I could give 4.5 stars instead of 5, since my concern is so specific. The good: I'm switching from another dentist and Westover Dental was a well-rated provider in my dental insurance system. They were quick to help me schedule and even offered me an appointment much earlier after someone dropped their appointment. The technician that helped me today meticulously described each tool she was about to use, where it would be used and what I would feel as a result. That put me to ease and made me less nervous. The office is clean and modern, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and parking is readily available. The nitpicky: I'm still masking to protect vulnerable loved ones in my own family from the threats of Covid-19. The technicians obviously wore masks while working around my mouth. But the overall culture here is post-Covid. There was more than one person unmasked in my room while I was getting work done and I wish the office as a whole was more sensitive and inclusive to people like me who still have reasons to be masked and who are trying to protect vulnerable populations.
