Brixx Wood Fired Pizza + Craft Bar — Restaurant in Greensboro

The pizza was good but the service was awful. I’m not sure if it was an off day for our server sierra but she was terrible. She was attentive to a table beside us but left us sitting several times. I’m not sure if it was because she assumed we weren’t going to tip or because we were young and black, but she was awful. After we got our appetizer we didn’t like it and Wanted to send it back, but she took so long to come back by the time she did our entrees were in her hand. We waited and looked around for her multiple times , all while watching her server the table beside us with no issues. When we tried to get her attention she avoided us. My date tried to get another server to get her, but at that point I just asked for a manager. All we got was refills every 20 minutes from her. My date had a hair in his drink and the artichoke dip was cold, filled with hard chunks of artichokes with no cheese in sight. The manager was extremely nice and took things off to amend the situation, but the kicker was sierra was rude to us once a manager got involved. 0 stars...

Worst experience: we went for a snack and drinks around 6pm last Friday evening. Brixx in GSO was pretty much empty, only a few guests but several staff members. After eating, we asked for a to-go box , and we paid cash. My friend called the waitress as he wanted to place another order. She was chatting with her co-workers and rolled her eyes when he called her. Then approached a table and asked with an attitude what he wants?! My friend was not rude, we tipped over 20%. You don’t roll your eyes on customers and be snippy when you get to the table for no reason. If you don’t like it then don’t work in food service Manager didn’t know how to handle the situation either, eventually we got our money back, which is the least you can do. The only problem I ever have with brixx is the wait staff. My family and I had a waitress who was terrible. Sad and just seemed like she hated her Job. I asked her if she could just smile things would get better what ever it was and she said I will try to do a good job since it’s not y’all fault. Lol!!! We were like oh! Ok don’t let us mess nothing up. However, she didn’t get better with her service I ended up asking for another server which we didn’t get. Then I saw another young lady sneaking alcoholic drink in her drink while working. Just a mess. Like she seemed like she didn’t realize she was out in the open, I told my husband to look and sure enough she was drinking on the job. What is going on with the staff I tell you.
