Horrible customer service. Refused to allow a return on a purse purchased under false pretense and sold deceptively. Never at any point of the sale did they indicate that all sales are final. Pressured to purchase purse. Told they can just look up the account info online to purchase didnât need to wait on the credit card to come in the mail and to please let them know when I was coming in to make sure they receive the sale. Once sale was made never told the purse was final sale. The receipt doesnât state that either. The receipt states you can return in 30 days! Nothing indicating not being able to return this purse. Reason for wanting to return it, is I did my own research on the purse when I realized the duster was not the brand name duster. When I called for clarification, an explanation was not given. So I googled and realized Dillardâs does not have a partnership with the name brand and they are selling used purses. This info was not disclosed at the time. They indicate that there are signs stating this.. but the purse was not purchased in the purse section. I assure you if it were and I saw the signs, the purchase would not have happened. Came in the next day to return. All of a sudden all sales are final. The receipt says otherwise. I will be filing a final complaint...

Over the years I have had one lady wait on me and she has always been awesome. She runs the show, I assumed she was the manager. She should be..... Dillards!!! Her name is Tena Edmonds, I finally asked her today if she was the manager she said no, I was shocked. She is amazing. Her customer service is always spot on, and her speed is unmatched. Her ability to help multiple customers and keep a smile and remember everything is exceptional. I have been ignored and watched other customers ignored EVERY time I go in by the other associates. Tena is a gem, you are very lucky Dillard's!
My daughter and I had the absolute best shopping experience at Dillard's. We were assisted by a sales associate named Mary Jane. Mary Jane was so sweet, patient and helpful. She was in the shoe department. Dillard's you should model your sales experience after Mary Jane and her customer service skills.    Read moreMy daughter purchased a prom dress,,asked me to return it for her and provided the receipt. When I tried to do that they said it was missing one of the three tags and refused the return.I left there store and contacted my daughter who told me that she had not taken off the tag all she did was try it on. I then contacted the store and spoke to a very condescending manager and explained that the dress was never worn, that it still had the big bright pink tag on it and the return was still refused. I then asked if they trained their associates to take the tag off so that returns couldn't be completed and the manager Eric said that wasn't their policy and didn't do that. When I asked him if he could see my dilemma that apparently the tag just disappeared all on its own, neither my daughter or the associate removed it he still refused the return. I then asked to speak to his boss, and explained the issue to Bob,l who was only slightly more helpful telling me to bring it in and he would look at it but not today he was too busy to come in tomorrow.I guess Dillards isn't big on customer service and if I could give them no stars I would, next step contract the Better...
