The server was intentionally RUDE. From the start he asked if we wanted any drinks and as soon as my wife said, "a Chardonnay", he left and never asked the other 3 of us for our drink order. when he delivered the wine he just walked away and i had to say "excuse me" for him to turn back and then he stood behind me when i asked if the rest of us could order something to drink. I finally asked him if he could move up to get to the side of the table as I had an injured neck and he reluctantly did after standing where he originally was for about 5-10 seconds. I proceeded to ask about getting a margarita on special and he told me it was 12oz drink and i said yes. He then went to walk away and i asked him to return as he did not ask if I wanted a sugar or salted rim nor on the rocks or frozen. So, I told him on on the rocks. He returned with my drink and then took our orders and then the food was delivered, yet, he never came back to ask if we needed anything other then to bring a glass of water for us to replenish any of ours had they got low, yet never said a word. He never returned after I finished my margarita to see if I would like another one. At the end he never asked if we need anything else just brought our check and held it out in front of me while I was talking and not just set it on the table and I had to ask him to go ahead and just set it on the table and he stood there for at least 5 to 10 seconds still with it in his hand like he was being obstinate. At that point, I went myself up to the front check out area to talk to the manager because I didn't want my family involved to let her know about the bad rude service from the server and asked her twice to not come to the table to address me about it after she said she wanted to ask the server about it. Well she just came right over to the table and started profusely apologizing and I said to her I asked you twice not to come over to the table and talk about it and she just kept saying I'm sorry that you had an issue with the server and I finally just got up asked her to walk away with me to get away from my family so they didn't have to deal with all of it. It was just over the top rude and intentional. Very bad intentionally Rude service. BTW one of us is currently a restaurant server in another state as our...

Well... my husband and I went here for the LAST time. Food is decent but the staff keeps getting worse and worse with service. We come in and sit and the place isn’t very busy because it was 9pm (they close at 11). We get seated and our waiter takes 10 minutes to bring us chips and salsa or even ask for our drink orders. My husband ordered a beer that was on the specials board when we walked in. The waiter says “we don’t carry that beer”. My husband replies “oh, it was on your specials board out front.” The guy replies “oh I don’t know let me go look and see.” I have worked in multiple restaurants and how the hell do you not even know what your specials are?? Finally he brings me and my husband our beers .. never asking us if we want to start with anything else (we were going to order queso of course) and after he drops off our beers he leaves and doesn’t come back for another 10-15 minutes. At this point we have our chips, salsa, and beers. No napkins. No silverware. When he finally comes back we order a queso and both of our meals. About 15 minutes goes by (he still has never returned but is walking by on his cell phone multiple times) and both of our beers are empty and sitting on the edge of the table, our chip basket is empty and sitting there as well and he continues to walk by multiple times without offering ANY service at all. Our food comes out and he doesn’t bring my husband half of what he ordered (when we looked at the receipt it hadn’t even been put in correctly) and left off half of what I ordered as well. My meal was supposed to come with tortillas and when I ask “isn’t this supposed to come with tortillas?” He replies “I don’t know but I’ll get you some”. At this point we sit and wait for the rest of my husbands food, the rest of mine, and our queso (we still don’t have any silverware or napkins). We proceed to get our food and finally another beer but we never get our queso. We were so over this at this point that we just said forget it, ate, got our check and left. I’ve never had such horrible service at this place or any place for that matter. Will never come...

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for many years, coming with both my family and work team members. Today, one part of my lunch combo included a Chile Relleno. The cheese in the Chile Relleno was obviously soured, so I told our waitress this and she said no worries, that she would bring another out. I ate the beef taco that accompanied what I ordered and a little rice and beans (no where close to even a quarter). In addition, one of my team member’s order was ice cold, not even the lease bit warm. She returned it as well.

When the dishes came back, the cold dish was now warm and fine, but my Chile Relleno again tasted funny. I stopped eating everything as I had lost my appetite due to the taste I experienced.

I asked the waitress to see about charging me for half my lunch. She came back and explained that the manager had said that she could not reduce the cost of my meal, that I had eaten some rice and beans, and if I even ordered the taco with rice and beans, it would be the same price.

I told her that I would take it up with the manager when we paid as we left. The manager came out and told me she could not reduce the cost of the meal by half (I was asking for a $4 discount!), asked me “didn’t you eat some of the rice and beans?). BTW, I was nice at the beginning, telling her that I was a loyal customer and had been coming for years…

She recalculated my charges again and ended up with a less than two dollar discount. I told her that she was potentially losing a long time customer and every person in our business would never come there again, having heard the story I would explain to them regarding what happened today. All she said was that she was sorry; so buyer beware. Do not eat here. They obviously don’t care about their customers, nor for the quality...
