Waffle Drop — Restaurant in Greenville

We visited Waffle Drop for the first time during our trip to Greenville, and it was such a fun and tasty stop! There were six of us — me, my three kids, and their two friends — and everyone found something they loved. The bubble waffle plate was not only beautifully presented but also absolutely delicious. The rest of our group went for ice cream in fresh-baked waffle cones, which were just as tasty. You can really tell everything is made with care. Even though we arrived about 30 minutes before closing, the owner welcomed us warmly and never rushed us. He even offered to take some photos of our group — the interior is super cute and feels like a ready-made photo zone, even after hours! The owner was incredibly kind, checking in several times to make sure we were happy with everything. He clearly cares a lot about his customers and creates a really friendly, welcoming atmosphere. First visit at this location and it was terrible. Waited in line for about 30 minutes and spent another 15-20 minutes waiting for our order. I'm actually concerned about the cleanliness of this establishment. We watched the girl at the cashier handle cash a few times with her gloves and she never once disposed of them before going over to assemble the desserts.. That's a big health hazard. It took a while for us to get our desserts, because they decided to skip us and favor the other customers that were behind us. They received their order way before we did, and then also gave one of our desserts that we were waiting on to them as well. We tried Waffle drop as it's new in the Greenville town! Having moved from Europe, we love waffles with toppings (Belgian influence) ! Hence, it was a must try for us. It is located at Hampton Station. Thoughtfully, sign boards have been kept on the road to mark the direction because it is located a little inside. They have a menu in place, and the staff is nice and supportive to help you choose what you like. Options available to choose ice cream for waffle toppings. Sitting area available outside shop which is under shade and little dark.

We ordered bubble waffles with strawberry, banana, and cappuccino crunch ice cream. It was delicious. 1 star less because the waffle wasn't crispy at all. If it doesn't matter for you the texture of waffle, go for it! Tastes...
