—- The store representatives were accommodating. I had to ask to see pieces as opposed to receiving recommendations. If you are looking for the whole pampered, very engaging, “we are thrilled to have you shop with us today” experience. You will not get this here. I came in to purchase several pieces and pique my daughter’s interest in jewelry and felt like I was the only one making any attempt to get her interested.

However, the 1 star rating is is related directly to being sold a piece of jewelry (specifically a bracelet) at a discounted rate of $500 that is actually at max only worth $80 (original priced in this store $1099). I found out about the overcharged the same evening I made the purchase from a friend who Googled the braclet based on the receipt description. This was particularly infuriating because prior to purchasing the bracelet-during the same visit- I had already purchased 4 pieces ( 3 sets of earring and a ring) and expressed interest in making a future purchase/return visit. Being scammed is no good my friend. I have a ring that needed sizing during this purchase to pick- up- and was notified that it was ready (early) which is nice, but, I still need time to cool off about the actually $50-80 bracelet. If you choose to shop here, check the actual cost/price of the item online before purchasing. There are no refunds and paying almost 9-10Xs more than a piece is worth is ridiculous (and does make you want to get the other items you purchased appraised/checked by another jeweler. I recently had the pleasure of shopping at at Diamond Couture and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff, Dinah and Roqule, made me feel welcome and were genuinely helpful without being pushy. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and offered knowledgeable suggestions that I wouldn’t have thought of on my own.

The store itself is beautifully organized, making it easy to find exactly what I needed, and the quality of the products is top-notch. I was especially impressed by their selection of [mention any specific items or brands], which are hard to find elsewhere. Plus, their prices are very reasonable for the quality offered, and I felt like I was getting a great value.

LOVED my experience with Joseph & Sunny at Diamond Couture at Haywood Mall. We know Joseph from church - Redemption Church. My husband and I have been married for 9 years and he always told me he’d get me an upgrade. And finally this year, it happened. I went to another jewelry store and tried on a ring that I loved. I loved it so I took a photo. And when I showed Joseph, he suggested I come in to the store and let them design it for us. So we did! It was such a smooth, seamless and affordable thing to do and what I ended up with was SO much better than what I liked. Sunny came up with suggestions to make it stronger and look so much nicer!
